From the first step of considering a trip for my daughter and I to celebrate her 18th birthday … Sydney had a quick, efficient way of collecting our interests and immediately sent over 5 top choices, and in minutes we selected our resort! From there she ran thru all options of rooms available, and airport transfers. Down to sending me links of country entry requirements to make sure we did before departing. Always readily available to answer any questions, and called resort directly to ensure all was in place. It was the BEST experience and the resort exceeded every expectation and more! Truly zero hassle and peace of mind with everything handled so perfectly and the most amazing value! We calculated that we could have never had such high end dining for 5 days for the price of the whole stay.. sort of felt like the room was free !! Fabulous deal and all around sooo very thrilled with Sydney.

Surprise Mom/Daughter Trip

About a year ago, I had a crazy idea to do a Mother/Daughter trip to Disney, but to surprise my daughter with this trip. Thinking it was to early to do anything, I took a chance and I called Sydney. I called her about booking a Disney trip a year in advance!! I will never book another vacation without using her!! She took the hassle out of the planning for me! I had a budget and Sydney was able to plan the best Disney vacation within my budget!! I even moved my date around and then moved it back to my original date and she without any hesitation accommodated me! The resort and park recommendations etc were all conveniently taken care of! If I would text her throughout the year with questions about our trip and she responded immediately. Sydney called me the night before we left for the airport to just check in and to make sure we had everything and if we had any questions. We have two big events coming up within the next two years, Not sure where we want to go, but we will 100% be us

Wonderful Vacation; Zero Hassle

Sydney literally helped us with everything. Everything from the rooms to choosing the right resort to choosing the right package to making sure we got the right dining plan. Every little detail was well laid out visually for our review, and she even went over some fine details in direct communication. Questions were always answered promptly OR we were updated as to the status of the question if an answer wasn't immediately available. Booking Disney World vacation is extremely complicated, but she cut right to the chase and made it super easy for us to make decisions, and they were all the right decisions.
We've used her twice so far and plan to keep using her. I honestly thought the idea of a travel agent in the world of internet booking was outdated, but she's proven just how valuable they can still be.

Trip to Disney World

Sydney very quickly put together an eight night trip for us to Disney World. Onsite hotels were booking up quickly, but she was able to respond equally quickly and find the right onsite hotel for us. She offered to take care of our dining reservations and anything else we might need. She was also in touch with us during our trip to make sure everything was running smoothly. Trip to the SRS Las Vegas Bowl

As you all know, we followed Alec to the Las Vegas Bowl last week!!!
Sydney Dysart-Weintraub is a travel agent and when I didn't feel well at the beginning of the month, she told me, tell me where you want to stay and what you want to spend and I'll book everything for you...so I said have at it lol
We stayed at the Mandalay because it's close to the stadium and festivities, beautiful hotel, tons to do...room was spacious even for 4 adults (tho we only had 3)...
Alec stayed with the band and was in the same hotel, tho he didn't realize we were there until we all checked out to go home! That's how big it is lol
Our flight there landed at 12:10am tho the reservation stated check in needed to be done by midnight...when I saw this and asked Sydney, she said no worries, let me call them...and we had zero issues checking in 💜
Now this was a teeny tiny trip compared to what she can book...

Amazing European Adventure!

She was very patient and knowledgeable in order to make sure we got what we wanted and had a great vacation. She spent a lot of time going through our options, and we finally decided on Sandals Royal Barbados. She even changed our room booking type a few times in the process, to make sure we were happy. She took care of everything, including some surprise perks for us when we arrived at the resort. We had a wonderful vacation, everything we wanted and more, thanks to Sydney. She's the best!

Working with Sydney was a dream! Sometimes planning an international trip can be overwhelming and she took all the stress away so we could just really enjoy ourselves! She provided us with options of beautiful hotels and excursions, and then booked everything directly for us. The excursions were seamless, from pickup to drop off at the hotel, and exactly the adventures both my husband and I were looking for. Sydney booked a 24 city music tour with hotels in every city. It was a huge project and she gave choices in each city of hotels and did all the booking. She did an absolutely spectacular job! Working with Sydney made planning this trip seamless. Sydney pays such close attention to detail to be sure the trip goes smoothly. What I appreciate most is how Sydney provided our family with all the possible options based on what we were trying to plan. She even stayed up super late to book a trip for us because we received a message from the original planned destination that we could possibly not have access to the beach due to algae. After talking this over, Sydney cancelled the trip and booked our second choice option. France for a party of 5 -a breeze!

We were planning a trip to France, specifically Paris and then on to Normandy. We would be traveling with 3 young children, all of whom had never flown before. We were overwhelmed! Then Sydney came to the rescue! She quickly felt like someone we'd known for years, taking such care with all of our travel arrangements at a price we could manage.She listened to my feedback when she presented options, and I felt like we were a team I fully trusted. From a perfect location in a boutique Paris hotel to car rentals to easy flight arrangements, we often found ourselves saying that we would never have been able to manage without Sydney's help. When we ran into a snag at the airport with the car rental (not due to Sydney's work), Sydney was there to help even with the time change. Not only has Sydney gained a customer for life but she has opened our family up to travel, changing our mindset from thinking it's all too overwhelming to plan to thinking where are we going next?
