We approached Shawna for help in planning a trip to Europe. She had a number of suggestions and helped us find the perfect trip. From initial planning to a last minute emergency (our fault), Shawna was always available and made sure we had a perfect trip. She even sent us countdown emails with reminders and tips that we had not even thought about. Everything was great. Shawna was fantastic, easy to work with, and we highly recommend her. We are already working with her for our next international trip to Italy.

Shawna gave us an unforgettable trip! We traveled to Ireland for my sister’s 40th and she helped with every detail! From the large tasks of finding a tour company for a group of 7 to the small (but thoughtful) tasks of birthday messages and treats throughout our stay! Even when we experienced an airline strike right before heading home, she was available by phone to help search for alternate routes and most importantly calm me! She is OUTSTANDING! So responsive, so thoughtful and I cannot wait to book another trip with her again!

I want to thank you for all the help over the past few years planning our vacations. In the past I have planned everything and at times it was overwhelming. We always had a great time, but there was the added responsibility of making sure everything was taken care of prior to travel. Trusting you to plan and coordinate our family trips have been such a relief. All of the great advice and suggestions really opened our eyes to what each adventure had to offer. I guess you don't know what you don't know and you have filled that gap. We just returned from our first cruise since 2009 and had the most amazing time. Shawna was absolutely amazing! We gave her a tall order finding comfortable accommodations in a rather remote area in Florida for 10 people, and boy did she deliver! She thoroughly communicated with us throughout the entire process, asking all the right questions up until we were situated on our trip with no issues. Shawna is the absolute best to work with! She was super quick with responses and went out of her way to get us the best deals! It was difficult because we had a large group going with three different rooms needed with theme park tickets, etc. She not only knocked it out of the park she was able to upgrade all of our rooms and tickets about 3 weeks before the trip…for less! We literally got a refund for nearly $300 while on our trip that we were able to use to attend Halloween Horror Nights! Overall she was a joy and pleasure to work with. I don’t know if I’ll ever go on a vacation again without Shawna in the loop.

Shawna was helpful from day 1! Every option she provided us in the initial quote was right up our alley. We ended up choosing an all inclusive in the DR and Shawna helped set up transportation, gave us tips about forms to fill out when entering the country, and checked in throughout the trip.
