We have been on 2 cruises, both booked through Tiffany. She is such a delight to work with. She made the process a breeze. Unfortunately we had to cancel due to a death in amour family. We had been planning this vacation for over a year and we did NOT take out the insurance. (Lesson learned). I contacted Tiffany the day before we were to fly out. She worked hard all day with Royal and myself to get us rebooked for another cruise vs just losing it all together. She DID not have to do this since it was our decision to not take out insurance. But she did! She worked out everything for us so we could focus on our family.
