Absolutely an awesome trip from beginning to end. However the airport experience left plenty to be desired especially Air France. Did not get economy comfort seats, rude attendants, preboarding staff. and no English was spoken.

My experience flying with American Airlines was sensational.Arriving in Rome had been one of my desires of a lifetime. She navigated my preparation travel package from beginning to end. With the greatest pleasure and professionalism.Italy Rome Venus Tuscany Florence Hambre and many more of there central cities and vineyards and countryside.

Janine has been my travel agent for decades! She works tirelessly to coordinate, not simply a trip, but a lifetime memory!

This is the 2nd trip our group has used Janine to plan. She sought out the best accommodations and found us a package that best fit our needs. I appreciate the personal service and the follow through Janine provides. She was always available to answer questions and she addressed concerns expeditiously. I highly recommend her.
