We had the best experience with our Disney planning all thanks to Crystal! This is our second time working with her and both times she was always quick to solve any issues or answer questions. She would also make sure that when deadlines hit for booking meals or anything that she sent reminders. She also sent us the beeeest cookies to our room while we were on our trip! I couldn’t imagine doing this without her!!!

Crystal was amazing! She made the whole process stress free from us. She answered any questions we had during our stay and she was on top of flight information on our way home. 1st time at Universal/ Another Disney trip

Crystal has been our travel agent since we started going to Disney. She is always so helpful in not only scheduling but also suggesting things to do. This trip we also went to 2 Universal parks along with 3 Disney parks. Crystal suggested which of the 2 were the better parks to go to based on our preferences and they were great.
During our trip she has given us pointers and helped with questions that arise. We wouldn’t trade Crystal for any other travel agent.

From the flight to the transfers, to the amazing all-inclusive Secrets Royal Beach resort, it was all just smooth and awesome!
