I wanted to plan my first visit to Europe (Florence, Italy)....ALONE!!! Danielle not only handled everything, which includes me trying to add people to my trip, for them just to cancel. Right before I left the airports I was going to layover, went into strike. She handled EVERYTHING. She covered all the basis, however, while I was traveling she was traveling as well.....She reassured me that she would be there for me NO MATTER WHAT!! Thank Goodness I didn't need her. Next time, I will allow her to plan excursions (I declined the offer) Hindsight, I wish she would have done that for me. She is the BOMB!
