Desire helped my family, friends, and I plan a well-planned all-inclusive vacation to the Ocean Riviera Paradise Resort. Desire was informative, responsive, and very thorough. This was the first time that many of us flew internationally. Due to Desire's phenomenal expertise, my family and I felt very comfortable traveling out of the country. Our flights and airport transfers were booked. She provided a detailed itinerary with flight confirmations, round-trip transfers, resort check-in confirmations, excursion suggestions, travel documents, links to immigration forms, environmental tax information, and contact information. She checked in on our party of 14 before, during, and after the trip. The resort was beautiful and accommodating for families traveling with children. There were lots of activities. If you are planning ANY trips, please book with Passport Takeover and ask for Desire Jones. We definitely plan to use her services in the future! Thank you, Desire!

Romantic Las Vegas Weekend Getaway

I actually booked a trip, pre-covid, and Desire was extremely helpful with me receiving my refund. We recently booked another trip through Passport Takeover - Desire Jones, hands down the best! She was with us every step of the way. From our missed flight, and car rental, the resort was a beautiful upgrade and even while we was on the trip Ms. Jones was available and hands on assisting with finding activities. She was literally there and available until we got back home and our bodies were in our own beds and even after. I ended up paying for additional check-in luggage, and Ms. Jones assisted with the refund. Always polite, available, professional, and willing to go that extra mile. Highly recommend Desire Jones

Des was very helpful with our European trip. We decided to visit Lisbon, Almafi, Florence, Venice, and Lake Como. We stayed in some of the best hotels with excellent customer service. Solo travel to 3 Caribbean Islands

Desiré planned my 35th Multi-Destination SOLO travel. She was tentative, patient, kind, timely, knowledgeable, caring, and dedicated. She was there throughout the whole process, from beginning to end. She was checking on me as well, making sure all was ok. I even missed my departure flight to San Juan; she was there to assist.
Desiree was familiar with domestic and foreign travel destinations (Montego Bay, St Lucia, and San Juan). She ensured I received the best deals possible as a solo traveler. She was there to resolve scheduling conflicts for my initial itinerary. She was very patient with me as I can be bit much like an (August Leo). Though, I could’ve booked my 35th birthday trip on my own. I wasn’t up to doing a lot of the leg work for multiple destinations, especially with unfamiliar locations. Nevertheless, I am very satisfied that I chose Passport Takeover as my Travel agency. This isn’t my 1st trip with Desiree, and definitely not my last.
