Fun family trip!

This is the second trip Greg has planned for us and I am so grateful to him for the services his agency provides! The time, energy and thoughtfulness he put in to making sure we had a seamless experience made all the difference! He started the process with an in-person conversation to talk about what we wanted to see and do, and get a rough budget. He patiently worked back and forth with us to build a trip that met both needs. Even when one of our original flights was cancelled, he spent hours working with the airlines to find a suitable substitute at the same price. The quality and location of the hotels they chose made our trip even that much better - Wow! Everything was so organized - all I had to do was print off the documents he sent on one email and put them in my folder to refer to as the trip went along. He followed up with us before and during the trip, making sure that everything was going according to plan. I highly recommend Daydream Travel for your next trip to Europe!

We have been on several trips coordinated by Greg Duggan. Each trip was planned with no details left out. We told Greg where we wanted to go and he took it from there. He was very good with communicating during the planning process. Each trip happened without a hitch and we attribute that to Greg's professionalism. One example would be our trip to Australia and New Zealand. We were gone for a month and the trip was perfect!
