Tonya really goes above and beyond to ensure I’m going to have a good trip. She’s always asking and making suggestions about little details I wouldn’t have thought of myself. The communication doesn’t end when everything is booked - Tonya sends me progress notes, reminders, tips for my destination, etc.

I am handicapped and use a wheelchair and I am on an oxygen machine. Little did I know that my portable oxygen machine was not airline approved but Tonya found that out for me and I was able to rent an approved machine. So imagine if I tried setting the tickets up thinking mine would have been approved only to find out at the last minute it wasn’t! Right there alone she saved our travel plans. She also showed us all the different experiences we could do and see. It was our first cruise and Tonya did EVERYTHING for us. All we had to do was show up at the airport and cruise ship. Loved our trip
