We went to Maui for our 31 Year Anniversary. Jenny @ Vibrant Sun Travels helped us to book our hotel and rental car. The hotel she recommended was beautiful and the staff was very nice. Amazing Cabo Trip!

I happened upon Jenny while looking at different videos on TikTok of places in Cabo we might be interested in. After reaching out to her, she provided us with far more than the resort would have been able to offer us. She also gave us a lot of recommendations at Le Blanc that were super helpful while we were staying there. She was quick to respond and did an amazing job of working with us on such short notice. We were able to have an incredible honeymoon experience thanks to Jenny at Vibrant Sun Travels. Can't say enough good things about how helpful and amazing she was. Everything from transportation to and from the airport, to having a beautiful view from our room was taken care of for us. Those finer details (things we may not have even thought of ourselves) being handled so professionally made all the difference. Jenny went above and beyond and her travel tips and recommendations were such a valuable resource.

October 2024 Vacation

My wife and I are now at that point of our lives where travel has moved up in our 'things to do' . I had some prior experience with Jenny at Vibrant Sun with a vacation to Italy (Rome and Venice) with my daughters but my daughter worked with her on the details. Everything went great.
This time around I worked directly with Jenny on a trip for me and my wife to Greece (Athens and Santorini) and Paris. This was my first time working with an agent on a major excursion. Jenny was very patient with me in setting this up, working through the dates, flights, hotels, etc...
Everything went perfect. Pickup at the airports were timely, accommodations were everything we expected, and tours Jenny setup for us were excellent. The 'skip the lines' at key venues (i.e. the Acropolis in Athens) was key. I can't imaging going through the lines and our tour guides were great.

Dream vacation in Japan

We asked Jenny to arrange our Japan trip and it was the best decision we ever made. From the private car that picked us up from the airport, the well organized food tours, to the carefully chosen hotels, everything was planned out in the best way possible. She asked very specific questions in our initial consultation and our answers helped to curate a trip that was exactly what we wanted and needed. Even details such as food allergies and physical limitations were covered. Most impressive was that the hotels and activities booked all fit within our budget. All of our hotels included breakfast in the price and that’s exactly how we like it. One of the most valuable features of using Vibrant Sun Travels is having access to a Customer Support Team in case anything happens during the trip. It’s priceless to have that kind of peace of mind, knowing there is someone to call for assistance in case of an emergency.

Had a fantastic first trip to the Caribbean thanks to VST and Jenny's savvy. She worked within the constraints of our budget and put together a simple but solid itinerary for us. She found us flights for our ideal travel dates that departed and arrived at decent hours, arranged for super convenient ground transportation from the airport to our hotel and back, and thanks to her connections, she was able to snag us an oceanfront balcony room with a beautiful view that I'm sure we couldn't have gotten on our own AND made sure breakfast was included in our rate. She was also able to give us recommendations of plenty of things we could do and see, which was very helpful. An all around cushy experience that made me feel very cared for. In this age of self-booking and planning everything yourself, I always wondered what travel agents were good for these days. Now I know. Definitely reaching out to VST first for any and all future trips. Thanks Jenny!

Best Trip Ever!

Jenny did a wonderful job planning our trip to Cabo. I gave her the budget and details and she took it from there! Every detail was taken care of! Jenny arranged for us to stay at Pueblo Bonito hotel. We loved it there! We had a great ocean view and plenty of restaurants to enjoy. I was also pleased that we didn’t have to worry about transportation from and to the airport since Jenny took care of that as well! We will definitely be using Jenny again!

I Went to Florence and Can't Wait to Go Back!

Jenny provided exceptional service. She was friendly, professional and always answered my questions timely and with thorough and thoughtful detail. She put together a last minute trip to Florence, Italy for me. As a solo traveler I had a lot of concerns about traveling to Europe, but Jenny was able to create an itinerary along with transfers and a travel angel that provided so much relief, I was completely comfortable traveling alone. It was also a very short trip - but the itinerary (based on my budget) was filled with all the wonderful highlights of Florence that checked off all the boxes. It was an amazing experience. Working with Vibrant Sun Travels was the best decision I made for my recent trip to Italy. All accommodations from airfare, hotels, transportation, and private transfers were covered by VST. They even suggested great restaurants and activities for us to explore while traveling across the country. We were able to get everything we needed when working with VST! There wasn't a single thing that went wrong during our entire trip; however, we knew that VST was there for us no matter what was needed or if anything went wrong.
