From beginning to end Joanna made the entire process so easy. We hadn’t flown in ten years, so she made sure we knew exactly what to do. She walked us through using the United app. One thing that was especially helpful was a video she sent of her at the baggage kiosk checking in her bag. That took the stress out of that process. We used her agency (Tern Travel) app that had our Itinerary, documents and details readily available in our phone. Two weeks ahead of our trip she sent a check in list to be sure we had everything in order. She was readily available through the entire process to answer any questions we had preparing for the the trip and even gave us a number to call if we needed anything while in our cruise. She is a class act who wanted us to have a great vacation. I highly recommend her and will definitely use her again!

My wife and I had some California destinations in mind and Joanna made all of our reservations for us. The planning stages went smoothly. Joanna gave us updates, answered our questions, and sent us friendly reminders. She let us know that she was available for help during the trip if we needed her and seemed to be "watching" us as our vacation days unfolded. Working with Joanna was a very positive experience.

Joanna handled every logistical detail flawlessly, including a smooth airport experience and effortless car rental setup. She selected the absolute perfect locations for all three of our hotels, putting us right in the heart of everything we wanted to do. The itinerary she built was incredible—from horseback riding and an amazing local rodeo to the Teton tram ride and perfectly timed dinner reservations at the iconic Million Dollar Cowboy Bar.
