Celebrity Cruise Certified Travel Advisor

From beginning to end Joanna made the entire process so easy. We hadn’t flown in ten years, so she made sure we knew exactly what to do. She walked us through using the United app. One thing that was especially helpful was a video she sent of her at the baggage kiosk checking in her bag. That took the stress out of that process. We used her agency (Tern Travel) app that had our Itinerary, documents and details readily available in our phone. Two weeks ahead of our trip she sent a check in list to be sure we had everything in order. She was readily available through the entire process to answer any questions we had preparing for the the trip and even gave us a number to call if we needed anything while in our cruise. She is a class act who wanted us to have a great vacation. I highly recommend her and will definitely use her again!

My wife and I had some California destinations in mind and Joanna made all of our reservations for us. The planning stages went smoothly. Joanna gave us updates, answered our questions, and sent us friendly reminders. She let us know that she was available for help during the trip if we needed her and seemed to be "watching" us as our vacation days unfolded. Working with Joanna was a very positive experience.

Had a fantastic trip. Every employee was very nice and really knew how to treat people!

Incredibly knowledgeable and always available to answer way too many emails from a nervous first time cruiser.

Joanna was exceptional. She was with me from start to end. I came with a few ideas and she took my ideas and made us a phenomenal trip. I will definitely use again and 100% recommend

I reached out to Joanna with very little notice, asking if she had any options for a last minute tropical vacay. She quickly went to work to find some options for us and have them laid out to discuss. We locked in on a plan and she was great with communication before, during and after our trip! In a moment where I was not sure if we were going to be able to make a spring break week a success, Joanna came to the rescue and made it all come together - and we are so grateful for her! Some great memories in the scrapbook because of her help! Give her a call!

We have booked with Joanna twice now (Bahamas and Jamaica) and each trip has been incredibly relaxing and enjoyable. Joanna has top notch communication and I swear she is a mind reader sometimes! We will forever book our vacations with her!

Joanna made our trip perfect from the beginning, throughout the trip, and even at the end! I will never book another trip through anyone else!

We worked on planning a trip for a while and it all came together at the last minute. Joanna was very patient and understanding! She was very thorough and gave great advice and guidance! We will definitely use Joanna again, many times!

This was our 4th trip planned with In Your Corner Travel Agency, and once again everything was absolutely perfect! We just returned from a 10-day vacation, and every detail was handled seamlessly—from the flights, accommodations and transfers. What I love most is how Joanna really listens to what we want out of a trip and then tailors the experience to fit us perfectly. We never have to worry about a thing—it’s all taken care of, and that peace of mind makes traveling so much more enjoyable. After four amazing trips, I can confidently say In Your Corner Travel Agency goes above and beyond every single time.
