We had a 2 week trip to Italy with our 2 daughters, ages 10 & 12. Natalia provided an itinerary that fit our needs for a great balance of active days mixed in with relaxing days. The transportation to/from the airport and trains were all reliable, timely, and professional. Each of the hotels exceeded our expectations. Natalia also provided plenty of restaurant recommendations that were great in each location. Most importantly, any question or concern that arose during the trip, we received an almost immediate response. She made the trip as stress free and enjoyable as possible.

d things about my experience working with Natalia! I just got back from a wonderful time spent in Gran Canaria. From the beginning, Natalia made everything very clear and made herself available to answer any additional questions. The entire trip was amazing. Everything was curated with care. Natalia did not set us up to visit typical tourist traps. We explored so much and were guided by true habitants of the island who were proud to show us what made their home special. We hiked a volcano, shopped and dined like the Canarians do, visited caves and tide pools, saw sand dunes that made us forget where we were visiting, and ended our trip on a private boat tour where we stopped to paddle board and relax on the water in tubes before having a delicious lunch prepared by the boat owners, a very hospitable husband and wife duo. When we were not on an adventure, we relaxed at the resort. I have never been to a more luxurious all-inclusive. Everything from the hotel design and decor to the delicious food that far exceeded our expectations, was perfect. We enjoyed the spa for an additional cost and enjoyed a 4-course meal prepared by Michelin Chef included in our stay. Natalia took all of the guess work out of the trip. From being able to select my own excursion options, to receiving the custom gifts Natalia sent for us. From start to finish I’d do it all again. You won’t regret booking with Natalia!
