I am big shopper and find my way to Miami every few months to visit the Design District and shops in SoBe. Over the past twenty years I have probably stayed in thirty hotels in Brickell and Miami Beach but always like to try my hand at a new property to switch things up. While my last travel advisor, Miss Ginger, retired, I was nervous to try someone new out. Let me just tell you, Matt is young and vibrant, eager to help cater to your every need. He chose the best flight times, hotel, and boat charters and kept in contact with me throughout the whole process. He definitely has a taste for luxury so keep that in mind when choosing to work with him (a plus for me but maybe not for a backpacker??).

Good Honesty

Matt is super nice and respectful. Very pleasant to work with but be prepared for his honesty. We were planning a trip to South Beach because we have not been since the 80's. After expressing that we wanted to stay on Ocean Drive, Matt simply told us that is "not a wise move". Well good thing we took his advice, because Ocean Drive is not the place it used to be! Miami Beach is still incredible and with his recommendations, you will have a great time. Best advice? Listen to his! Will use him again for our next trip.

Wedding Help

We had a great time at our wedding in Cancun! Matt took care of all our guests and rented out the resort for three nights which was so private and nice. Although there were hundreds of us, none of us experienced any issues. Matt was nice enough to travel to Cancun to make sure everything ran smoothly and we loved having him there. I recommend using Matt for your destination wedding because he makes you feel so special and really takes the stress out of everything.

We haven't left to go on our cruise yet but we are already pleased with Matt's service. At first I attempted to book our Virgin Cruise through their direct website but felt as if it was too expensive for the time of year. We are traveling in May (low season) and they tried charging us thousands for just two of us. After doing some research we came across Travel Leaders and contacted a few agents. Matt's prices were significantly cheaper than we found elsewhere. Although we did not have to communicate a lot with Matt because we already had our trip planned, we are very happy with the amount of money we saved. Cannot wait to go on our voyage soon and we will be sure to post a review after to share our experience!

Matt is great to work with. My wife is very particular with hotels and he made sure all of her concerns were acknowledged. We used Matt to book our trip for our daughters birthday and he was very knowledgeable and responsive. We did have an issue with the room upon check-in (a fault of the resorts not Matt) but after contacting Matt it was fixed within no time. He even got us into a speciality restaurant at no extra cost. If you are looking for an advisor who is there for you when you need it, Matt is your man.

Perfect Trip

My wife and I are avid travelers and have been to almost all the Caribbean islands. We own timeshares in Tortola and the Bahamas but recently sold them because we were not getting much use of them during Covid. Instead of purchasing another timeshare, we decided to explore the rest of the Caribbean that we have not seen yet. After contacting Matt, he gave us a list of must see islands in the tropics. Turks and Caicos was number one so we decided to plan a trip there. The beach at Grace Bay is incredible, and the villa Matt booked for us was perfectly located and central to local dive bars and restaurants. We are already working with him for our trip to Aruba, one of the last islands we have yet to visit. Instead of giving input, we are letting Matt handle the whole thing for us. Excited for what he has in store!

Super Organized and Beyond Helpful

SO HELPFUL!!!! We were so worried traveling outside the country during the Coronavirus but needed to get away from everything. Matt gave us alternatives to international travel but also was very informative about the protocols leaving the country. We decided to bite the bullet and go to Jamaica once we saw cases level out. He was so kind in providing us information on the documents we needed to enter Jamaica and return home as well as setting up PCR tests before departure from the island. My husband said that he felt that it went so smooth you forgot you were in a pandemic. We were so impressed with Matt and will continue to use him especially if COVID is still around!

I was referred to Matt from a friend who is a client of his. While I was not convinced that a travel agent is necessary for me, I can honestly say I was wrong. Im a solo traveler with some slight mobility problems and he researched everything to a tee to make sure there were no obstacles. Even though he just booked my airfare and hotel, he gave me such good advice on places to visit in the Miami area and a list of tours I could take if I wanted to. Spain and Portugal Family Trip

Matt did an outstanding job at planning our Summer 2023 trip to Spain and Portugal. Our trip was not straightforward, as we had to work around picking my son up from a soccer training in the northern part of Spain, but our trip was more concentrated in the south. He made this seamless and allocated sufficient days in each city so that we didn't feel as though we were constantly living out of a suitcase. Moreover, and perhaps best of all, Matt listened to what I wanted. He took feedback and was willing to continue to fine tune our itinerary until it matched with my vision. He also provided excellent suggestions of things to do in each city and was responsive to questions while I was traveling. I certainly recommend his services to others.

We found Matt to be patient with us as we were confused with the booking process. We were booking travel for 60 family members and had to split the payment up 3 ways. He is accommodating and respectful and never ignored our questions.
We stayed at Curtain Bluff in Antigua and it was just lovely. The weather was so nice and we felt like we got to know the staff on a personal level. The resort credit Matt gave us was put to great use as we spent an entire afternoon on a boat touring the island. Such a fun experience!

Mo'orea Trip

My wife and I wanted to thank you for all that you did planning our trip to Mo'orea. We enjoyed our bungalow and appreciated the extra amenities we got for booking through you. The resort general manager stopped by our first day and gave us a bottle of champagne, bowl of fruit, and local magazines. He let us know that you contacted him before our arrival and told us he would make sure we were taken care of. We really liked the jet ski tour and used the resort credit we got from you on spa treatments. My wife absolutely loved the spa and the views were incredible. Look out for an email from our friends who we raved about you to!

Affordable Vacation... Well Worth the Wait

I contacted Matt during the beginning of COVID-19 but obviously the whole world shut down. After patiently waiting two years, me and my wife finally got to go to Aruba. We didn't care to be in a super expensive place but somehow Matt was able to get us an affordable price at the Ritz. It was a great time and just as relaxing as it sounds. Well worth the wait.

Trip to Miami

Matt booked our hotel in South Beach. We went to the Faena for a couples trip and loved every minute of our little vacation. We come from Tampa so it was nice to have the night life scene dialed-up a bit and even though we were not truly there for the beach, the property was great in terms of the location. I really enjoyed his personal touches like adding a fruit platter to our room so we could enjoy it upon arrival. He also made sure to get us an upgraded table at LIV which he coordinated all on his own. Matt's connection to the Miami social scene is great because he is able to recommend some great places. I think if you are able to spend a tad bit more than the average traveler, Matt is the way to go.

Anniversary Trip

Using an online travel agent seemed to be a little weird at the start but after meeting virtually for a consultation I actually enjoyed the ease of not having to go into an office. My husband and I recently retired and wanted to go on a trip to celebrate. Due to all the pandemic restrictions we were concerned with traveling abroad. Matt advised us to not put our dreams of going on an African tour on hold. He took care of our every need and booked us a Private Jet tour via Abercrombie and Kent. We loved every minute of it and it was truly luxurious. Pandemic or not, we felt as if everything was normal. Safety was taken seriously but there were only two other couples on the trip with us so no risk of exposure. I recommend this type of travel if you have the time to take a month out of your life to see the world and want to make friends that will last a lifetime! Matt was a true pleasure to work with and understands the ins and outs of luxury travel.

I've traveled all over the world using VIP agents to book every time. Most of the time the agents are dealing with many other clients and do not spend a lot of time curating my individual trip. Usually they only are helpful up to the point of booking and leave me high and dry after that. I don't know if Matt has excellent time management skills or only takes on a certain amount of clients at a time, but he is so responsive and puts in such a great deal of work. His attention to detail is phenomenal and he truly listens to what you have to say. My expectation for high class service, fine dining, and nice hotels was exceeded. Thanks Matt!
