Universal studios doesn’t have early admission. Fast pass was a great idea. Buy a 20 dollars all you can drink when you get to the park. It was well worth it. Great idea to stay at a hotel near universal studios. Great pool to relax in after a long day at the park. We loved the app Rachel sent us with the itinerary of our trip. She was great to work with!

Rachel made our trip-planning process smooth and efficient with excellent communication! She gave us great options according to our wants and needs and let us have control in areas that we wanted (like hotel research). She took care of the tedious details so that I could put my mom-brain into giving my family more attention in preparing for our trip. Talk about stress relief! Great experience, I was hesitant to use a travel agent because I figured I could get it cheaper myself. Not only was she able to find similar prices, she did all the legwork to book the best trip possible. A couple times when hiccups like flight changes occurred, I called her and she took care of it. She let me relax and she took care of everything!
