Cruise Specialist

As novice world travelers, we thoroughly enjoyed each place we touched down. In addition to the first class Emerald River Cruise, our visits to Paris, Basel, Amsterdam, and Brugge gave us a glimpse into the rich history of Europe. We're very thankful that Shelli engaged Railbookers to complete our rail travel and accommodation arrangements, as it certainly eliminated the stress of managing these details. Everything went well and according to plan - no hiccups at all. Shelli patiently and expertly guided us through all the planning and endless arrangements to ensure we enjoyed a carefree, adventurous vacation. Thank you!

We decided to plan a trip to Europe with another couple. We originally thought we would like to bike & barge because we are active seniors and heard good things about that type of trip. We went to Shelli for some help and the plan was a constant evolution on our part.... and Shelli just rolled with it. We couldn't quite figure out the best option for a bike & barge, and she recommended the river cruise (definitely an awesome way to travel) . Everything included, good itinerary - we thought that sounded good and then we just started throwing out ideas to work the that. We thought the Bernina Express (highly recommend ) would be a site to see. Why not check out Milan if the starting point for the Bernina was going to be Tirano, Italy! If we are ending the cruise in Amsterdam, we should go see Brugges Belgium before getting to Paris :) We had so many ideas and our friends had other ideas. We overlapped on the cruise and a bit more. Shelli made it all work. Set us up with the cruise, trains, hotels, tickets, etc. Everything went as planned and it was nice to know we could have called Shelli if it didn't, but there was no need. My trips for the next while will be camping again, but it's good to know I can call Shelli again if we plan another trip and I know our friends were very happy as well. An excellent adventure was had by all!

Shelli was referred to us by our friends. She was extremely helpful answering our questions, sharing her experiences and booking our flights and hotels for post-cruise.

Highly recommend Sheli Panjwani for all of your travel needs. We had great advice, experience, recommendations and assistance throughout our planning process. And her advice and responses where spot on. Will definitely book through her again.

We had a fantastic experience with Shelli with booking and planning our river cruise. I have never worked with a travel agent before, but I’m very glad I reached out to Shelli to help me navigate river cruising as this was our first time. She was able to provide first hand experience and recommendations, and was even able to get us some credits which covered our gratuities! She always checked in and made sure to send us documents and information when it came up. Would definitely recommend to someone on the fence about working with a travel agent.

We booked a a flight to Rio and a city tour with Shelli and all of the details were clear and triple checked by her. She even provided reminders the night before so we had the details fresh and ready to go. We will definitely use Shelli again!

Seeing the gorillas in Rwanda was something I’ve dreamed of doing since I can remember. I never thought I could pull it together. With Shelli’s connections, her meticulous organizational skills, knowledge and expertise of all things (“wear long socks to keep the red ants away and thick soles shoes to prevent the sticks from penetrating into your feet”) she has created an itinerary for my family that is beyond anything I could have imagined. My son is immunocompromised and could not get the mandated yellow fever vaccine (an unexpected challenge and setback). Not only did Shelli help maintain calm during this VERY stressful time, she immediately went into action and used her network of contacts to connect with the biomedical agency in Rwanda and not only did we get a medical exemption, she arranged for a VIP reception at the airport to ensure smooth entry into the country for me and my children. I could go on and on but suffice to say, I would not be going on this dream vacation AND I would be out thousands of dollar if not for Shelli springing into action the way she did. Last year she did something similar when our flight to Iceland suddenly got cancelled the night before our trip and we nearly missed our 12 day Icelandic cruise. She didn’t sleep that entire night as she was frantically working to secure a new route for us which miraculously she did and salvaged our vacation at the last hour. Sure I could have saved a few bucks doing this by myself but would it have been worth it? No way! She makes the process easy, efficient, enjoyable and listens.. I mean really listens to what is important to me and then she stops at nothing to deliver that and more. Don’t think about it, just call her. I promise you will thank me and wonder how you ever planned a trip before without her. Safe travels to you, wherever your dream takes you…

Shelli is amiable, highly knowledgeable, and she works hard to give you exactly what you are looking for.

Shelli arranged everything from airport pickup/drop off, flights, hotels, and tours. Everything was thought of and the vacation for our family was trouble free and relaxing. We will book our next vacation with her again.

Shelli was responsive and quick to find an airline ticket that matched the dates of a friend I was travelling with.

We needed a vacation but didn't have the time or energy to research anything. Enter....Shelli Panjwani! Shelli sent us options until we were satisfied and we chose our resort. Easy peasy! Our holiday lived up to our expectations and provided the rest and relaxation we needed.

Shelli provided travel options based on our specifications and added her expertise to give us what we wanted and more! Great trip to a destination we would visit again.

Very good ????

Easy communication, reliable and trustworthy! Shelli was able to quickly organize and secure a great destination for the whole family. She got us a great deal and we cannot wait to go to Mexico all together!

Great hotel recommendation from Shelli in the perfect location in Playa.

We had a phenomenal experience with Shelli as our travel agent. It started with a direct message on Instagram and ended in getting an incredible deal in a desired location with more perks than we could’ve imagined. It took less than a week to find the right trip, dates, and locations. She provided personal advice and recommendations which we haven’t always received in the past with other agents.

Great service!!!!!!!!!

I have booked several hotels and activities with Shelli, and every time she has provided excellent customer service. From the beginning to the end Shelli cares about her customers, as she asks for their preferences, and checks in on their experiences. Moreover, she is an experienced travel agent, as she gives great personal insights and tips into the destination planned, which greatly helps when selecting hotels and building itineraries. On the communication aspect Shelli responds really quick, which is helpful when un-expected problems happens, such as a train being cancelled. In terms of prices Shelli also manages to get the best discounts, as she often gets the lowest rates compared to booking directly or amongst competitors.

Shelli was professional, knowledgeable and very efficient. She helped create an incredible travel experience and I wouldn't hesitate to use her again!

Shelli was very helpful and in-tune with our needs and requirements. Always available to answer our questions and concerns. She made us feel at ease at all times.

Shelli helped me plan the trip of a lifetime with my kids and I simply cannot recommend her highly enough. She listened to my needs and concerns and made suggestions that took these into consideration, knowing what was important to me. She is detailed, organized, knowledgeable and very easy to work with. She went out of her way to find a solution when our airline cancelled our flight the day before, offered suggestions for itineraries and hotels, places to eat and viewpoints to visit. While I could have booked this entire trip on my own, I am positive it would not have been as seamless or enjoyable without Shelli carefully watching for every possible detail and pitfall and being there as a trusted guide and advisor. Thank you, Shelli, for going above and beyond to make this a magical trip for the three of us. I look forward to planning our next one together!

Very pleasant to talk to, always listens carefully and advises based on personal preference and budget.

Her professionalism and dedication make her our go-to travel agent for all future adventures. Thank you, Shelli, for another amazing experience—we can't wait for our next getaway!

This was our first trip booking with Shelli and I felt very confident with how she handled our trip.
Shelli is very professional and prompt to her responses to emails and phone calls. She is always available to answer any questions.
I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking an organized travel experience.

In the past we have had a medicore experience with travel agents. It has felt forced, not genuine and little savings. Shelli is a rockstar and one of a kind in this industry. From the onset, she provided all information, different options (flights, hotels, excurisions) to choose from, walked us through pros/cons and saved us so much vs booking ourselves. But it didn't stop here... a week before she sent a preperation email to ensure we have everything AND while we were on our trip. Cannot reccomend her enough. Leave it to Shelli and enjoy your trip hassle free. Thank you Shelli :)

Quick, efficient, and helpful.

Excellent service will definitely book with Shelli for all future travels

I had a fantastic experience with Shelli who organized our Vancouver to Alaska cruise for my wife’s family of 10. The personalized service, attention to detail, and meticulous planning made our trip fun and stress free.

What set Shelli apart was the thoughtful inclusion of onboard credits, which we used to explore the ship's diverse dining options. This added touch allowed us to try all the ship had to offer without worrying about the additional expenses. It's these small gestures that showcase Shelli's dedication to ensuring her clients have a memorable journey.

Highly recommend!

I am so pleased with the exceptional service provided by Shelli who orchestrated our Vancouver to Alaska cruise. Travelling with a group of 10, including family members and my grandma, the agent ensured every detail was handled. She is a great communicator.

From the outset, she demonstrated a keen understanding of our preferences and needs, tailoring the cruise itinerary to perfectly suit our diverse group. This included a complimentary train ride in Skagway, thanks to Shelli. It was the perfect activity for all age groups in my family.

Shelli made us feel like valued clients rather than just customers. I recommend her to anyone seeking a memorable and well-organized travelling experience. Thank you!

Shelli is very professional and very good at what she does. She was always available to answer any questions we had and responded in a very timely fashion. She is knowledgeable and always ready to help.

We appreciated Shelli’s recommendation and thoroughly enjoyed our trip.

Amazing, caring, full of wonderful ideas! Does tons of research for you! If it weren’t for Shelli, I would have accidentally been quarantined in the stopover for being a half hour over the standard layover time.

When I had to cancel my original trip due to family emergency, Shelli was so understanding and went the extra mile to help me make an insurance claim.

Will definitely use Shelli for future trips!
