I have been a Travel Professional since 2001, full time, in a storefront Agency. I love what I do, it is so rewarding to be part of making dream trips come true for my clients. The first thing I do when meeting with a client is LISTEN, because then and only then will I be able to offer advise and guidance when booking their vacations, or Business travel, or even emergency trips. I try to pick things out of the conversation that are the most important thing the clients want to see or do on their trip, and work the trip around that. I am very adept at finding unique experiences, lodging and transportation to enhance their trip. In short, every client's vacation is a new challenge to make it the best I can for them.
