Wendy was very helpful booking a trip to Cabo last November. Wendy was very patient answering all my questions to give me and my wife the best experience. Two days before our trip to Mexico my daughter suffered a medical emergency, and we were forced to cancel our trip. From the ICU at the hospital, I was contacting who I thought I needed to for cancellations. Wendy was very kind and sympathetic to our situation and handled everything for me which I appreciated because I was not in the right state of mind to unwind our trip. Wendy let me know everything was handled and that I would have a credit to use at a later time.
