To start, my husband and I have traveled extensively together and apart with friends for over 30 years. My husband also logs 75-100,000 flight miles per year for business. We understand the world of travel. Lucy has done everything from our honeymoon, 23 years ago, to last months European trip. I can not list all of the trips she has done for us, family and friends, sometimes all of us together as a group! Her service is impeccable and first class, you can name the most far fetched vacation in the world and she'll say, " Well when I was there..." Or call her at the last minute for a high season destination trip, she will find the best resort and best room, at at a great price. Even if there is a problem, which happens often with travel, she fixes it or eases your headaches, SIGNIFICANTLY. On a family Disney trip, we called her from the lobby of the hotel, within 15 min, she had called us back, had solved the problem, and had worked with Disney to upgrade us. For a 15 min. delay!!! When travelling to Bermuda, planning to depart a day before Superstorm Sandy, hit NJ, we decided not to go. Lucy wrote a letter to the cruise company regarding our level of insurance coverage, the reason we chose to cancel and we received a refund. Our last trip, this past month to the South of Spain at a very busy time, she was actually SO EXCITED that she had secured a booking at a castle in Seville, now that we are back we can see why she was so ecstatic. The trip was one of our best. We have rec'd her to family and to friends. She is our go to person, and it doesn't hurt that she is so fun to talk to and plan a trip with.
