I wasn't sure if using a travel agent was advantageous in booking our family vacation. Kris absolutely proved me wrong. She was a tremendous help in booking, answering questions, and taking care of small details that we hadn't even considered. She greatly improved our experience and paved the way for an excellent vacation. Do not hesitate in using Kris as your travel agent. I am so glad we did!

The best of Italy

I was very pleased while in Rome. Kristine made the flight plans, transportation in Rome and vacinity. She researched the area very well, found wonderful lodging that accomodated our large group, and also was able to search for events or sites for us to see on top of being in that wonderful city. She had great communication skills, and had detailed knowledge about our destination. I would travel with her again when the travel bug strikes me.

My Dream Vacation

In the summer of 2023, my siblings and I along with our spouses started planning and saving for this trip of a lifetime. We could never have done it without the expertise and help of Kris Mortenson. She was quick and efficient with bookings as well as helpful with finding the attractions and activities that we wanted to experience on our trip. From hotels to Vans to attraction tickets, Kris helped us find exactly what we needed. She was knowledgeable about electronic travel authorization, global entry, pre-check, travel insurance, and passports, some of which we would not have know without her guidance. Kris was so fun and enthusiastic to work with. She loves to travel and this love is infectious. I would recommend her services with absolutely no reservations.

Amazing Costa Rican Adventure

Kristine was so helpful and flexible. She was so kind and knowledgeable. The resorts, the transfers, the plane tickets… she took care of everything! She also made sure we did what we needed to be ready for the trip! The Springs Resort & Spa at Arenal was the most beautiful resort we have ever been to! Si Como No near Manuel Antonio National Park was wonderful as well.
We had requested these 2 areas but we were clueless on where to stay. OR what excursions to do. The Journese company that Kris works with were brilliant! It was an amazing vacation in large part because we went through Kristine Mortenson!

Amazing Disney Vacation!

Kristine was so amazing not only did she book our family vacation to Disney World but she also helped my parents and brother book their’s as well! She is prompt to return a phone call and made sure we had everything we needed for the perfect vacation. I am delighted to write a recommendation for Kris Mortenson. She has over twenty-five years of experience, making deluxe accommodations for large groups who want to travel internationally. Kris received a BA degree from BYU in Travel and Tourism. She has experience working with every size group and knows how to keep costs low while providing deluxe accommodations. She has had experience planning week-long trips through Europe using buses and trains. On one occasion, Kris waited outside the Coliseum in Rome to give tickets to the group. She has a pleasant attitude and is an experienced problem solver. Kris has a world of travel experience using every mode of transportation, from cog-wheeled trains in the Alps to helicopters in Hawaii. We loved our trip!

Kris made our trip so easy because she handled everything, so we only had to deal with one travel partner. She answered all of our questions and made sure everything was booked and ready for us to go on our trip. Including printing out all of our tags and travel documents, so everything was super organized. It was so helpful!

Worth the experience!

Kristine was such a blessing to us! We wanted to take our family on a cruise together and with 29 people in 7 different households it was a major job for her but she was just great! She took care of nearly everything for us, coordinated everything, answered all of our questions and gave us important advice. She arranged off shore excursions, took care of itinerary, handled insurances, and arranged finances. We couldn’t have done it without her!

Great Cruise & Excursions!

Adventures in London and Paris

Kris was an amazing agent to work with! We have a complex travel group that had some special needs and she was able to help address them. Kris arranged great accomodations in multiple locations as we moved through London and Paris. All our hotels were conveniently located near metro stations for easy travel around the city. This was important as we had not rented a car! Her advice and tips on getting around the city and places to visit were so helpful.
