As we were in Kaanalpali when the Maui fires happened in August of 2023, and we needed to evacuate the island. I called Dawn in a frenzy. She was quickly able to make on the spot adjustments for us, source new flights and alternate hotel availability, and gave us more reassurance than even a mother could offer. Because of her excellent response and service, my family and I were able to feel relaxed and supported during such an emergent and unsure time. We left the island quickly and easily without having to sit on phones while wasting our precious battery power, wait in long lines for assistance, or feel anxious in any way. Dawn was our superhero on this unforgettable and unfortunate vacation which was cut short due to the tragedy of the Lahaina fire. Enjoyed the flexibility of having a rental car in New Zealand. It allowed us to drive at our leisure, stopping spontaneously to check out a cute store or cafe on the North Island. Our stay at the Onetangi Beach Apartments on Waiheke was excellent for spending time at the beach, as they are literally a 2-minute walk. Great choice Dawn. Conveniently, there are three restaurants and one cafe very nearby. A small grocery/convenience store is also nearby. The accommodations themselves are fine -- nothing extraordinary, just the necessities, though the balcony overlooking the courtyard was quite nice. We thoroughly enjoyed the Hilton in Auckland, located on the wharf with great views of the downtown skyline and harbor activities. Highly recommend visiting the Auckland Fish Market, not only are the seafood selections a feast, but the Market is surrounded by numerous and varied eateries. We spent 8 days on the north island of New Zealand and 6 days in Fiji, and it couldn't have gone more smoothly or have been a better trip, thanks to Dawn. I have never used a travel agent prior but did not want to plan such a huge trip after our wedding, and I am so glad we did. This was a lovely 19-day self-drive visit to both the North Island and South Island of New Zealand, which Dawn booked for us. Everything went smoothly and we appreciate the ideas we got from Dawn on where to stay and how to transfer from one island to the other. We ended up not having to shift things but communicating with Dawn while we were figuring things out and knowing we had her professional back-up was hugely comforting. Dawn has booed multiple trips for us and each has proven to be a joy. She has taken care of every hiccup that has popped up over the years and saved the day. She listens to what you are saying you want out of your trip and gets you there. She booked the trip for 5 couples and from start to finish it was wonderful. She covered all the bases from flights, transfers, lodging and suggestions for dinning. This was a once in a lifetime trip for us and she knocked it out of the park.

Hi Dawn! We had the best time in Fiji!! Every single thing that you planned for us was perfect. We loved Malolo island and resort. It seemed just like I thought Fiji would be. The Blue Lagoon Cruise was perfect. So much great snorkeling and wonderful people. Then some quiet time at Intercontinental was amazing. That's our favorite place to stay and we've stayed at many, but everyone told us it's the best beach in Fiji. All of our drivers were on time. We didn't need to worry about anything. Wouldn't have wanted anything different. Can't thank you enough for planning the perfect vacation for our 43-wedding anniversary.
