Mindy was fantastic. When we decided to make a last minute trip to multiple destinations in Florida (Including theme parks) Mindy took my narrow date range and was able to give me several options that I just couldn't find myself. Lifesaver! Highly recommend.

Our travel agent, Mindy Serencsa, was an absolute gem. It was my family’s first trip to Disney World, and my husband and I wanted to make our long-anticipated trip as amazing as possible for the family. Mindy not only made the booking of our lodging, tickets and meal plan, as well as ordering our delivered groceries seamless, she also provided reminders and very comprehensive instructions for much needed tasks (e.g., transportation, dinner reservations, lightning reservations) in a timely manner. Having done dinner reservations allowed us not only to have time to rest, but also to enjoy some of these incredible dinner places (e.g., Sci-Fi Dine-In Theater, Sanaa) that were all booked by the day and time of our reservations. I was hesitant at first about getting the meal plan; however, after speaking with Mindy, she convinced us of its value and we’re very glad we did it. We saved tons with the meal plan! As far as the lightning lane, we had unexpected changes to our original plan, but Mindy helped with instructions to make the changes in the app. Upon our return home, there was a merchandise that I regretted not purchasing. I contacted Mindy to see if she knew of a way that I could purchase the item since we were back home. Mindy made calls and actually found an option for us to obtain the merchandise. I thoroughly appreciated how Mindy went above and beyond to ensure that we had the best trip from beginning to end. Mindy was professional, very resourceful, guided us through all the Disney World process, and made herself available for all our Disney World needs. It was one of the best trips my family had ever had, and one we hope to repeat in the future. We couldn’t have made this trip as memorable as it was without Mindy’s expertise. We highly recommend her to provide families/couples with a headache-free trip that your family will remember for all the wonderful things you did and not the stress that comes with planning and doing these trips, especially with kids.

Mindy is such a joy to work with. Our family has used her to help with multiple trips. She is always looks for what fits our family needs best. If we have questions she is very punctual in her responses. If she doesn’t know an answer she finds it! There is so much comfort in knowing she has our best interests in mind. We will use her for years to come!!

We did an extended family vacation to WDW followed by a Disney Cruise. Mindy was extremely helpful getting us the best deal, advising on new discount opportunities, securing all necessary reservations. Excellent communications, and most importantly, there were no surprises. We will definitely use her services again for our broader family travel needs.
