Snow at Disneyland

Just got back from Disneyland. We stayed at the Disneyland Hotel, which was a fantastic resort. Trip was a blast from start to finish. It even snowed for the first time is Disneyland history while we were there. Can't wait to book the next trip!

Unforgettable trip

Julie booked us an unforgettable trip to Disney World. We really wanted to stay at a Deluxe resort this time and have a love of animals. She got to know our likes and dislikes and ended up recommending Kidani Village. We booked a Savannah View room and were able to drink our first cup of coffee on our balcony while watching the zebras, giraffes and other animals. We originally thought we would only need three days at the parks but glad we listened to her recommendation and got 5-day tickets. I wish we could have stayed longer but that only means that we will have another trip in our future!

The trip we didn't get to take....Yet!

When we first started talking about booking an All-Inclusive resort, we weren’t sure how to narrow it down. Julie assisted us in picking the right resort for us which ended up being the Grand Riviera Princess in Mexico. This was a family trip for my daughter, son-in-law, our grandson and my son-in-law’s parents. Unfortunately, right before our trip my husband had a medical issue that came up and we had to cancel our trip. Julie was great with getting our refund in a timely manner and although our flight was non-refundable, she called the airlines to get us a credit. As soon as we are ready and able, we will be rebooking our trip. Even though we weren’t able to go my family raved about the resort an their whole experience.

Excited for our next trip!

We planned a cruise with Disney Cruise Line and Julie walked us through each room type and location on the boat and ultimately we decided on the aft of the ship with a Verandah View Room. She has kept us up-to-date on all our dates as far as check-in window and our time to book our excursions. We are also sailing the Merrytime cruise which I feel will put our cruise over the top for theming. We haven't told our children about the cruise and can't wait to surprise them!

Mother/Daughter trip for the WIN!

I have been to Disneyland a million times when I lived in California but now that I live in Washington, I was a little worried booking the trip. She explained all the changes to the parks since the last time I visited. Let me tell you, there has been a lot. She booked me at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel and I’m spending four days in the parks with my adult daughters. She reminded me of my dates to book dining because she knew I would forget. My trip is now right around the corner, and I couldn’t be more excited.

Amazing family vacation

We had an amazing time at Disney World, thanks to Julie! I would have never been able to plan this trip without her knowledge and help! She recommended Coronado Springs Club Level and my family and I will never stay anywhere else from now on, when going to Disney! Julie helped us plan and book our entire stay from Hotel Reservations and Park Tickets, to park reservations and dinner plans - everything was spot on!
