Maria was very patient as my travel plans went through multiple changes over several years. COVID cancelled my original cruise, then the Russian invasion of Ukraine cancelled my rebooked Baltic Cruise. I booked a Rhine cruise, but canceled it because I was no longer interested in it. I finally booked an MSC cruise out of Martinique early in 2025. Maria kept in constant contact with me prior to and after the cruise. That’s a lot of support which deserves recognition.

Maria was very helpful with helping my boyfriend and I find the best cruise for us. She is very knowledgeable about the different cruise lines and ships and was able to recommend ones that had water slides and entertainment for our liking.
