Hello! My name is Charlene and I live in the southwest suburbs of Chicago, Illinois with my Harry Potter-loving son. I also have a confession to make… I LOVE to travel!
Most recently, my love for travel has taken me to destinations such as Universal Orlando Resort, Walt Disney World, Riviera Maya and Cancun in Mexico, St. Thomas and St. John in the US Virgin Islands, Puerto Plata and Playa Esmerelda in the Dominican Republic, London, England, Barcelona, Spain, and many, many domestic destinations, with Key West being my absolute favorite. I have also sailed on the Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines Independence of the Seas, Norwegian Cruise Line’s Norwegian Encore, and the Virgin Voyages Scarlet Lady. I am excited to bring the joy of travel to all of you! I am dedicated to using my extensive travel experience to help others find an affordable way to travel and explore the world around them.

I am a Certified Universal Specialist, a graduate of the Disney College of Knowledge and Club Med University, and have completed courses to earn my Royal Caribbean Master of Adventure and the Gold tier for the Virgin Voyages Seacademy, which means that I can customize any Universal, Disney, Club Med, Royal Caribbean, or Virgin Voyages vacation to match your family’s unique needs and budget.
