We had a great time - everything was taken care of and travel to and from the airport to the resort was seamless.

From the first thought to disembarking Kari was on top of everything. She booked our trip and made every special request we needed. She had transfer vehicles at the airport when we arrived and again at the port when our cruise was over. I would definitely use her again and recommend her to anyone I know that wants to travel A++++

On our latest trip our return flight was canceled due to weather. Kari alerted me before the airline did. Within the hour she had us booked on another flight home. Kari originally found us a dream vacation in Jamaica, but was able to get us quickly rebooked to Beaches Turks and Caicos after hurricane Melissa hit. She made it seem seamless for us, but it would've been impossible to do on our own. We couldn't have asked for a more amazing resort and trip!

Kari was wonderful to work with, she very attentive to details and worked with our schedules by making recommendations to make the most use of our time. We took a short 3 night 4 day trip and with travel it was just the getaway we needed.

We had a great time. There was something for everyone on the Disney Dream. I throughly enjoyed the relaxation of the trip. I was able to relax with my family. We booked a placeholder on our second day of the cruise. Our 17 year old had a blast and made lots of friends. So many fun things for kids to do. We played Games and watched all The live shows!

The view from the pool was beautiful. The beach was nice! It was a very relaxing !

We had a very enjoyable trip to Puerta Vallarta with friends. The weather was not ideal, but overall, it was a great trip. I would give Riu Vallarta about an 8/10. The food was just okay and not enough variety for our tastes. We appreciated the upgrade to the 9th floor so that we could be located closer to our friends. The adult-only pool was freezing cold as was the ocean. We didn't know the other pools were warmer until the day before we left, otherwise we would have spent more time in the other pools. Overall, it was a very enjoyable and relaxing trip!!

We started planning over a year in advance. Kari was great with helping us decide where to go and which resorts would be best. She always answered all our questions even if they were probably silly. And helped reassure us when only a week and a half out from leaving our resort rebranded and made sure everything would still be how we wanted.

We had a scary moment when our transportation got mixed up due to a flight change, I texted Kari an SOS and she had called the company and got it completely resolved right away!!! It was such a stressful situation that was immediately resolved which we were so thankful for!!! This was an unforgettable trip we were so blessed to go on! Let me tell you about our amazing cruise to Alaska-all arranged by Kari. We were nervous about making the transportation connections from the airport to the hotel and then the hotel to the ship but it was very well organized and we had no issues. We were able to see the needle and enjoy a local food stand (one of the best pulled pork sandwiches).
Cruise day late Saturday afternoon and we were sailing towards Sitka-arriving Monday morning.
Our ports were Sitka, Juneau, Icy Strait Point, Ketchikan, and Victoria BC. We chose an excursion at every port and Kari made all of arrangements.
Our cruise ended back in Seattle the following Saturday.
We had some hiccups with the transportation On our return but to no fault of Kari’s. She spent time on the phone trying to help all while planning her own trip. If Alaska is on your bucket list. JUST DO IT! and make sure Kari is arranging it for you.

Kari was the third travel agent I got in touch with. Why third ? I am a rookie and this was my first travel outside of the US and I simply googled travel agents.
The first agency never replied back , despite leaving a voice mail and email. The second agent was not engaging , would take multiple days to respond , and didn’t engage. I was going on my own and had no experience. I knew I would be a lot of work to any agent. Even at times when there was miscommunication, mainly due to my lack of knowledge of travel , she would gently give respond till we arrived at the answer needed. She allowed for calls , emails , and texts. Nice ! Sometimes you want one or a couple or all. She understood the assignment with me and I really believed she wanted me to have the best trip , even with the possibility that it might not be the best of all times trips. She knew I had to get out and discover this trio to see what I liked and didn’t. Awesome person to work with.
