Brittany was wonderful to work with. She got us every reservation we hoped for - even the really tough ones! As first-time Disney travelers, she helped our trip run seamlessly and I'd highly recommend her.

We used Brittany for a family trip to Universal Studios and Disney World. She helped us navigate both parks, hotels and benefits at each location, and most importantly, she worked tirelessly for us to solve problems, which allowed us to keep having fun. We happened to be in Florida when Hurricane Ian came through, and for the first time in a LONG time, DisneyWorld actually closed. She arranged for us to stay at our hotel in Universal Studios until the hurricane passed because we could get food indoors at that location. Because of her knowledge, she knew if we kept our reservation for the Disney hotel, we would have to walk (or take a golf cart) to each meal in the rain. She suggested we stay where we were and wait until the storm was over. She called all the hotels and made the arrangements, and we were able to enjoy just being together (and just sit and do some homeschool while the storm blew over). I had never used a travel agent before, but I'm so glad I took the recommendation of my friend to use Brittany!

On my to do list has always been Alaska. I was not disappointed. The Celebrity Summit was amazing. From Steward, Alaska to Ketchikan the scenery was breathtaking. Thanks Brittany for making it happen ??

Brittany took care of all the planning and we enjoyed a special trip with our grandson and his excitement of his first Disney experience!

We used Brittany Oates to book our first Viking River Cruise and everything went flawless. We were able to get our airline seats earlier than most and got the suite we wanted. Any question we had she was able to find out the answer & get back to us. She offered suggestions of what to pack and was a joy to work with. We plan on using Brittany Oates in the future for any cruise travel needs.
