Kelli with Come & See Travel was such a huge help during our destination wedding process! Planning a wedding for 40+ guests in another country definitely came with some stress and moving parts, but she was always there to answer questions, help our guests, and make sure everything stayed on track.
She was responsive, patient, and genuinely cared about making our trip special. Our guests had so many good things to say about her throughout the process, and we truly appreciated all the work she put into helping bring our wedding week together.

Much needed time away

Kelli helped us plan an awesome honeymoon at Secrets Cap Cana in the DR. She was timely in her communication and double checked with us regarding all of our travel plans the day before our departure. She also helped me with a small AA app issue, which was completely my fault. She’s awesome, and we will always use her for our future travel plans!

Kelli provided a seamless and stress free experience while we booked our mother daughter birthday trip to Cabo San Lucas Mexico! Every travel aspect was organized and put together to create an easy trip for us. Ireland honeymoon

Kelli planned our honeymoon to Ireland! She did an excellent job and made sure we were taken care of the whole way. We stayed within budget and still did plenty of fun things! She made sure to leave sweet notes in the hotel rooms wishing us well. I had some medical issues come up while overseas and our travel angel along with Kelli made sure we were taken care of. It definitely took the stress off knowing that we had someone to fall back on with any questions we might have. All of the hotels and excursions she picked out for us based off of our interests were really fun! I definitely recommend Kelli for all travel planning needs!

Kelli is truly passionate about traveling and it was evident in my experience with her. Working with her was so easy and she’s full of travel insight!Submitting a quote was simple and once Kelli pieces together options for you, you get to verify all of the little details or request she send more options. She does her best to ensure that the trip is exactly what you want and that it meets all of your needs. She checks in with you throughout the entire process, from booking to being at the airport, because she doesn’t want any aspect of it to be overwhelming. I just have to give a HUGE shout out to this amazing co-worker and friend of mine who literally wears many hats…pun intended?? Kelli is my #1 travel agent! You see, I love traveling, but I lack the skills in planning everything???????. Kelli found my perfect Villa beachfront in Belize , just around the corner from my brother’s place! She booked it for me, gave me all the tips & tricks of travel to Belize, COVID testing info, medical travel insurance I had to have, transportation info, contact info with the villa owner in which her priority was that he took exceptional care of me, and he did ?? and before my trip she checked in with me to see if I had everything ready to go, if I felt prepared, and if I needed help with anything last minute?? To top it off, she sent me a quick message on my trip to make sure all was good. I cannot thank you enough Kelli! If you are looking to book a vacation this is your girl. Trust me. 1st International trip

My fiancé and I just got back from our first international trip to Mexico with the help of Kelli! I would definitely recommend using her as your travel advisor! With it being both of our first times out of the country, I was very nervous. I’m definitely a planner and worry a lot, but I had full faith that Kelli had everything handled, and it was so nice to take that weight off my shoulders! Of course, I still had many questions and concerns about traveling internationally and Kelli was always very responsive and reassuring. I loved all of the information and help she provided about the airport, our private transfer to the resort, and the resort itself. The whole trip went very smooth and was very stress-free. Now that we’ve traveled internationally, we are ready to start planning our next trip, so I will for sure be reaching out to Kelli for that! I don’t think I’ll ever plan my own trip again!

Europe dream trip

My husband and I used Kelli Bertram from Come and See Travel as our travel advisor for our European honeymoon this year and we cannot give her enough kudos for making our honeymoon dreams come true! We started working with her probably 6 months out from our honeymoon date and no matter how many times we changed our mind on our travel itinerary, she was quick to help us get everything thoughtfully planned out and booked! On top of all of the assistance she provided during the booking planning phase of the trip, she was also still there for us when we needed her while we were actually on the honeymoon in Europe!! We were scheduled to take a ferry from one Greek island to another at 9 am, and the ferry time randomly changed to 7 am the night before without any notice. If Kelli’s team had not reached out to us alerting us of this change, we would have missed the ferry and our day would have been wasted. Cannot recommend Kelli enough for all your travels!

Kelli is absolutely amazing at what she does! She helped coordinate travel for all of our destination wedding guests and did a fantastic job. She does so many things behind the scenes to ensure you have the best vacation & travel experience. We had never been to Secrets Akumal before getting married there, but ultimately chose it because it came highly recommended by Kelli. The resort absolutely blew us away and we are so glad we went with her recommendation!! It’s the only resort we’ve been to that we would visit again. We will be heading straight to her for future trips!??

Our Dream Wedding

Kelli was truly a godsend from step one of planning our destination wedding. We knew we wanted to get married in Mexico, just didn’t know where. She shared resorts with us, even set up walk throughs when we were in Cancun on a vacation. I fell in love with the resort, Dreams Playa Mujeres, as soon as we walked into the lobby. From that moment to the wedding, Kelli was always there for me. She wasn’t just a travel agent, she was someone I could count on no matter what. She was a friend that every bride needs during the process. She reassured me on the days I was freaking out, she celebrated the good times, and talked me through some of the hardships that come with planning a wedding. With a destination wedding the process with the wedding coordinator can seem scary bc they don’t send you the planning forms until 2-3 months before the wedding. Then you don’t really finalize things until about 2 weeks before and then you meet with them 3 days before the wedding. Kelli was there every step of the way and calmed my nerves. Highly recommend Kelli for your destination wedding!

We loved France!

Kelli did a remarkable job - she designed a trip around our performance at a puppet festival in Rome and a visit to my daughter studying in Caen, France. We also visited Paris, Apt. France, and Florence... all handily designed by Kelli. It was tricky but she figured it out! Her communication was excellent as she added helpful tips and advice and even some surprises at the places we were staying. I've already given her info to friends who saw my posts as we were traveling, and they asked "WHO put this together for you?" Everywhere we went we kept saying out loud, "Thank you, Kelli!" OF course we will be using her again in the future!
