Christin went above and beyond to help me plan a visit to Universal Studios in Florida. I was so nervous and had so many questions but Christin answered AAAAALLLLL of my questions patiently at any time! She created a personalized itinerary to help prepare for the visit and even sent some goodies to my kids before our trip! We had a blast and cant wait to come back in the future again!

Christin advised and recommended things I would have never thought of from start to finish. She was extremely easy to communicate with and always responded to my calls and texts. With our short amount of time we were down there she recommended we book the VIP Experience. She warned us it was pricey but well worth it. Let me tell you, IT WAS WELL WORTH IT. Our day started with a buffet style breakfast in the park before it opened. Followed by literally walking on to every ride we wanted, some we rode three times before moving to the next. For lunch we picked the best restaurant in the park in my opinion, also recommended by Christin. The rest of the day we continued to walk on rides and finished the night eating at Toothsome. We accomplished riding every ride in both parks in that one day. We asked her about multiple hotels, and she priced all of them out to provide us with the best information. She made the whole process seamless; I didn't worry about a thing.
