I took a few days after getting back from our destination wedding to figure out how to depict into words how grateful we are for CS Elements Travel, but especially Tyler. My husband and I began planning our destination wedding about a year ago, and after speaking with a few different travel agencies we knew Tyler was the perfect fit. He is so responsive, listens to all of your needs/wants/desires, and goes above and beyond for not only you but all of your guests.
Tyler pursues excellence in his craft and it shows.
He made the planning process so seamless for my husband and I. Every vision we had, he made happen.
His patience, grace, and organized manner makes him so easy and fun to work with. We cannot thank him and his staff enough for being such a big part of our special day.
I will never even think of going to another travel agency, and would recommend him and his staff 10x over!

Mexico Destination Wedding

I couldn’t have had my destination wedding without Tyler! Planning a destination wedding during covid was stressful and we ran into a lot of bumps along the way, but Tyler was always right there ready to help. Amazing honeymoon!

We had an amazing honeymoon! It was sooo nice having videos and descriptions to help us decide where to go. I had a good feeling about working with Tyler immediately, because there were many places he had personally been to and took time to ask questions to narrow done where we should go. It was nice having updates along the way to know what we should be doing in preparation for the trip. One thing I wish I would have known before going was downloading whats app because that is what the resort uses for communication with the butler so we did have some issues getting in touch with ours. Other than that we had an amazing time and found excursions to do exactly what we were looking for- snorkeling, hiking, mud bath, hot springs, and seeing a waterfall. We cannot wait to plan our next trip and will definitely use Tyler again!

Honeymoon of our dreams

Tyler did such a great job helping us plan our honeymoon. He listened to what we were interested in doing and then found us the absolute trip of a lifetime within our budget. From our arrival in Dubai, where we had a mini vacation to get accustomed to the time change, to our full week in the Maldives, he had everything planned out. He checked in with us throughout our stay, and made sure that the trip was memorable and fun! We cannot rave more about our experience!

Our daughter’s wedding dream

We had a little hiccups at the beginning of our trip before we left but Tyler resolved them quickly. Everything was taken care of from the transportation to/from the airport to resort. The app for the events were very helpful to make sure we were on time for things. The wedding on the beach was my daughter’s dream and it was absolutely beautiful! We really enjoyed working with Tyler and Bri and will definitely use them for our next trip.
We met with Tyler and gave him an outline of what we were looking for (and what our budget was) and he came back with a list of recommendations based on his experiences.

Our First Vacation!

We we're all over the place when deciding on a destination for our vacation, but Tyler listened to our wants/needs & found the perfect resort for us. There were some hiccups with a cancelled flight that was out of everyone's control, but he was there for us the entire time & even found a way to get us to our destination quicker than the rescheduled flight. Our vacation was perfect: the food, suite with private pool, and staff. We decided to extend our trip two extra days & Tyler helped make that happen. We travel with a large family group, ages 14-88, all with different needs and expectations. Tyler tailored a wonderful vacation that incorporated something for everyone! He did not stop after plans were made, he was available to answer travel questions and help make changes throughout our trip. His availability to help us navigate possible transportation issues due to weather helped ease travel stress. Will definitely work with Tyler again!

Tyler was amazing throughout the entire process! When we starting planning our trip we knew we wanted to go Mexico but not much else. Tyler asked a few questions about what we were looking for in a resort and general price range that we would feel comfortable with and within 30 minutes I had a couple emails from him with nearly 20 different options. He helped to talk us through all of the different resorts and was able to give us some first hand experience or knowledge about nearly all of them. He checked in with us on the day of our departure, and even while we were there just to let us know that he was still there for us if we needed anything. We decided to extend our trip while we were there and he immediately took care of everything with the resort, airline, and our transportation back to the airport. Having a travel advisor like Tyler really helps put your mind at ease knowing that every detail is taken care of so all you have to do is have fun and enjoy your trip.

Great, it was a worry free vacation, he took care of absoultely everything. The flights, and he even scheduled the drive from the airport to the resort both ways. We didn't have to do anything but be there. Prior to our trip Tyler updated us frequently on different flights/airlines to choose from. He even sent us all the different room choices to choose from. Every question i had he answered right back with no delay. Wonderful! Will definitely use his service on our next trip.

Tyler helped to plan my son & daughter in law’s destination wedding to Jamaica. It was beautiful! He made sure everything went smoothly for everyone. Answered any questions or concerns we had right away. I had not traveled much, but with Tyler’s help he made it a great experience. He has a great personality, is easy to work with & sincerely wants everyone to enjoy their vacation to the fullest.
