Sandra helped me to plan a two-week holiday in the Canary Islands to celebrate some personal milestones for both my daughter and me. Sandra booked and coordinated our flights, a rental car, travel insurance, and provided excellent advice for other aspects of our trip and travelling in general. Sandra is an excellent agent, very knowledgeable and has a lot of travel experience. She responded to my questions and requests in a timely manner and is very professional. When we had a change to one of our flights shortly after booking (moved to a different day), she acted quickly to mediate the situation so that our trip plans weren't affected.

Sandra gave me the initial recommendations about what would be good companies to go with. She planned and booked flights, hotels, the actual liveaboard, while discussing options with me. When I had flight changes due to weather issues, she coordinated rebooking flights to get me where I needed to be. The trip was awesome and the organization was so easy with her coordinating things.

With Sandra’s help we were able to plan a special family trip at Christmas time. The planning felt effort less from our perspective, thanks again to Sandra. Knowing that Sandra was there to assist with anything we needed was also of great comfort. The suggestions she made and hotels chosen worked very well for us.

Sandra organized a fantastic trip to Costa Rica for our extended family of 10 coming from 3 different cities. She was patient and organized and always got back to us promptly when we had questions. Our trip had to pivot twice due to things beyond our control and she helped to make it a smooth transition. The locations that she booked for us were all great. Sandra has a good understanding of the areas that visited which was clear by her suggestions. I highly recommend her services!

Sandra helped us put together two parts of our trip to Norway, including Norway in a Nutshell (an amazing rail/boat/bus trip that includes the famous Flam Railway) and our coastal cruise with Havila. In both cases, Sandra put together exactly what we asked for. On the Havila cruise, when we told people our routing (cruise from Bergen to Tromso, 3 nights in Tromso, then back on another ship to continue cruise), people would respond 'we didn't know that was possible'. Sandra coordinated the river cruise, air travel and an extra add on with ease. She created a wonderful trip summary with all the vouchers needed which was very useful. She coordinated payments. She has arranged a number of my trips now and is very helpful.

Sandra was really great to work with as we planned our first cruise and our stay in Dubrovnik. She answered all of our questions quickly and provided great advice on where to stay, tours, transportation, etc. As a result, there were no surprises and the trip unfolded as planned. Sandra provided us with all the services we needed at every stage of our vacation. She gave us suggestions as to where to visit and how to get around. She was very accommodating in making a number of changes to the itinerary. While we were in Iceland she helped with cancelling tours and rebooking others when one of us came down with virus. She was always there right away when we needed her. Her attention to detail was meticulous so we always felt confident that any glitches would be ironed out. We found working with Sandra extremely easy and her recommendations were great. She is thorough and communication is excellent. We had a rough idea of what we wanted to do with two prearranged parts of our trip ’set’. She gave us lots of good suggestions on how to fill in the gaps that made logical and geographical sense. Our train and domestic flights were all good. One train was cancelled last minute - Sandra was able to help us right away even though the time difference was awkward…All our hotel stays had breakfast and were walkable which were our two main criteria. They were lovely. Destinations: Paris, Spain (variety of locations including San Sebastián, Madrid and Sevilla) France (Arles, Lyon, Paris)

Sandra was such an amazing individual to work with. My wife and I have incredibly busy schedules and sometimes would take days to respond to Sandra. But she was incredibly patient with us and gave us exactly what we were looking for in our vacation. Even when we would throw her curveballs like could we do a photo shoot in Rome 4 days before our vacation and she still was able to provide. Absolutely the best to work with.

Sandra gave us very good advice and recommendations. Her trip itinerary was concise and made us feel very organized and secure. We thoroughly enjoyed our Oceania Cruise. The compromise of the smaller ship with less amenities was well worth it. Our pre cruise days in Miami at the UMA House South Beach by Yurbban was excellent, great location, lovely hotel. The daily afternoon Happy Hour was a nice bonus! Our post cruise stay at the American Trade Hotel Plaza Herrera Casco Viejo, Panama City was also very nice in a perfect location. Breakfast was delicious. The hotel room could use some brighter lighting and a few more outlets but the soaring ceiling and overall authentic atmosphere made it easy to overlook these minor deficiencies. We look forward to working with Sandra again for our upcoming trip to France and Spain

Our experience working with Sandra was largely accomplished through email communications, which can be challenging at best. Sandra responded to questions and /or issues promptly, often providing alternate suggestions for activities and sightseeing. She consistently followed up with any bookings and /or required info. outstanding. Cannot comment on the early planning stages as we had already chosen our cruise before we were introduced to her.

Sandra thought of everything and organized an amazing trip for my family. We ziplined, hiked, enjoyed hot springs, did surfing lessons and saw a sloth on our night jungle hike. It was great.

We asked Sandra to help us book a sunshine getaway for late winter, 2025. We were overwhelmed by the options available. Sandra helped us narrow down our choices and we went with one of her recommendations, the Majestic Colonial in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. It was the perfect holiday. The facilities were excellent, the beach was great and we had a super time. We highly recommend Sandra for her knowledge and helpfulness, and the resort itself.

Sandra organized an exciting adventure with thoroughness and thoughtfulness. Lots of research and very detailed. Her Trip Plan was super! While planning where to stay, she considered what her tour members would want in keeping with the objectives of the trip. The group size of eight was perfect. When things such as airline schedule changes and wet weather challenged us, we coped quite well I would say. Each place we stayed had a different style of lodging from treehouse to cabin on stilts to resort. Food was delicious. Activities such as guided jungle walk, visit to the village of Tortuguero, guided boat tour of the Tortuguero canals, guided kayaking tour and learning avout green macaws gave many opportunities to see wildlife and plants in their natural habitat. I really like that Sandra organized the trip and was constantly engaged with her group.

Sandra has been excellent in arranging all of the small details of our trips booked thru her - transfers, changes in plans etc etc. She has been on top of things from the times of our departures until we have arrived home . We usually book our own travel, but out two week trip to Jamaica was more complicated than usual and I had no idea where to start, other than building a trip around visiting friends in Kingston for a weekend. Sandra helped us turn our vague ideas into a well-researched and well-organized holiday that involved a car rental (with return in a different city), three different hotels, and an airport transfer. On the night before our departure, which was a Saturday night, she sorted out a misunderstanding with the airport transfer company, saving us a lot of stress on on the morning of our departure. Sandra worked so well with me to curate my stay to this area, and I had many indecisions. Tamarindo is a very busy town, and the choice to stay at the Wyndham Tamarindo was the right one. A peaceful oasis at the end of the day. The hotel was great, no issues. And the shuttle service was very efficient.
