Sarah is such a great travel agent. I booked a trip in 2019 to Mexico which was fantastic, and another trip in 2025 to Mexico. Sarah guided us through the Air Canada strike and found a way for us to still go away. She gives clear information and seems invested in making sure customers are taken care of. Sarah helped us book our hotel months ago for our first trip to Las Vegas. We went with our friends and she was spot on with finding exactly what we wanted! We recently returned from Tower Isle Ocho Rios. Our agent Sarah did amazing recommending this resort. It was one of if not the best resort we’ve ever been too and we travel a lot. It was a smaller resort but the service and food were incredible. I’d put the food quality at the same level as a top notch cruise. I can't say enough about how much Sarah went above and beyond to help us! As the American part of the family heading to Cancun for a destination wedding, Sarah gave us the extra support needed so that we could make it from New York to Toronto and fly out with the entire group! We really enjoyed our stay at Dreams Aventura. Everything was just great. A beautiful resort. I especially liked the two musicians, two men playing guitars. I think Wednesday night February 19. Their version of LaBamba was better than Richie Valens. The sing-along was great.

Sarah was absolutely wonderful to work with in planning my wedding. If you are planning a destination wedding she is the only one you need to use. She made everything so stress free and easy. Nothing was an issue to her. She help us find the perfect place, at the price that we could afford, with no pressure or anything added.

I had ZERO stress in planning our wedding, this was all down to Sarah. There was many last minute changes, cancellations, re booking, name changes etc, which must have been stressful but she never conveyed any of it onto us. Even with so many people coming from all different parts of the world.
