Winter Vacation

Once again we decided on a destination and called Sandy. She recommended an authentic hotel with charm. We really enjoyed it. Great for swimming, nice beach areas and an ocean front room on an upper level where we were able to watch the whales most evenings. Thailand

This was our second trip where we engaged Sandy’s services. At first, I thought it a bit antiquated to use a travel agent. Never again will I book a trip on my own! I couldn’t have coordinated such a flawless trip on my own. We travelled through Thailand and every detail was taken into account and completely customized per our preferences. It was a trip of a lifetime. A complete joy to work with someone so detailed, professional with the contacts and extensive network of top notch resources at her fingertips. Africa Adventure

Sandy did a great job setting up our itinerary and supporting us during our 6 week Africa Adventure. She combined 3 separate tours, one of East Africa (safaris in Kenya and Tanzania), one to Zanzibar and the last to Southern Africa (further safaris South Africa, Zimbabwe and Botswana). She was there supporting us the whole way through our trip. For example, when our flight was delayed and we missed our original connection, Sandy quickly rebooked us on a later flight and rearranged hotel transfers. This was all complete before we landed even with a 9 hour time difference. She provided us really good advice (what currencies we should use) before we left plus made sure our tour operators were made aware of any changes in arrival times. She ensured we had all the documentation we needed for various countries we visited. Sandy made sure we had a fabulous trip from start to finish. She checked in with us when after we got back to here about our experiences on the safaris and any concerns that came up and provide feedback to the tour operators. We would highly recommend Sandy to those planning extensive travel adventures. She takes the stress and worry out of travel especially when you are far away from home.

Sandy's customer service is amazing. I've used her services twice, once on an adventure cruise from Iceland to Newfoundland and more recently I've booked a trip to the Galapagos. In both cases I received everything I needed well in advance of my trip, she answered all my questions in a patient, kind and professional way. We have used Sandy’s services only once after being referred by a friend. Sandy recommended a small group 12 day tour in Italy with Collette Tours which included all that we wanted to see and more. Initially there was a complication beyond her control but she persisted with the company until the problem was resolved. Each day Sandy contacted us to let us know how it was progressing and was able to get us what was requested. She is very professional. We made our own flight arrangements and Sandy reassured us that it was all in order.
The tour she recommended was perfect and we had a wonderful trip. We highly recommend her services.

Sandy was recommended to us by our neighbour who has been very happy with several trips arranged by Sandy. We were looking for someone to help make our trip as easy as possible and that definitely happened. From start to finish each step was guided by Sandy's organized itinerary complete with the knowledge that if anything was to go awry Sandy was a phone call or text away to help smooth the process. We were stuck for 4 days due to the snow storm that hit Vancouver! Sandy was able to help us and get us reconfirmed on flights out ( despite all the chaos with the airlines) and get us away for Xmas with our family in NZ, we arrived in time to join our family on the South Island the day after our arrival. Brilliant.. Then once again you came to our rescue after I suffered from a DVT 5 days before flying back from Zurich to Vancouver this summer. Mediterranean vacation

Sandy helped us plan a nearly 4wk Mediterranean vacation which included air, train, hotels, transfers, tours and a 2wk cruise. She is knowledgeable and professional with a very keen attention to detail. We gave her a sense of what we wanted and she took that information and turned it into the vacation of a lifetime. All we had to do was show up and enjoy ourselves. If we had any questions Sandy was just a quick message away and she got back to us quickly (especially given the different time zones). Flawless Travel Experience

We traveled for 26 days, 7 of this on a river cruise in Portugal & Spain the other 19 days was a custom curated itinerary that Sandy created for us. We would be traveling by planes. trains, automobile and on a river cruise ship with multiple hotel stays & tours along the way.
The whole trip exceeded our expectations. Sandy kept us posted throughout the booking process for this entire trip including making arrangements for cancellation and health insurance. There is absolutely no way in which this trip could have gone any better than it did! Sandy is, without a doubt, very very good at this and I can't say enough about how pleased my husband and I are with the service provided.
We loved all of the boutique hotels Sandy suggested, they were in the heart of the cities and areas we wanted to be and exactly what we were looking for. We enjoyed all of the excursions we did and all of the private transfers and train travel was flawless.
