My mission is to provide Beyond the Ordinary service so that my clients can enjoy Beyond the Ordinary travel experiences.

I am passionate about helping busy people take the time to step away from their hectic lives to explore the world. I particularly enjoy designing custom itineraries for small groups of like-minded travellers.

A short fast trip through 17 European countries on a motorcycle in the 70s cinched my love of travel.  Since then, I have returned to Europe many times, enjoyed numerous ocean and river cruises, visited Japan and South Africa, and regularly head to Mexico and Caribbean for winter escapes. 

After many years working as a travel advisor, in 2021, I became a Certified Travel Associate (CTA), having earned my designation from The Travel Institute, the oldest and most respected non-profit certification organization in the travel industry. 

By specializing in custom itineraries for experienced travellers, with an emphasis on Europe, I ensure that my clients always receive excellent value for their vacation dollar.  My clients also benefit from my knowledge, resourcefulness, integrity, professionalism, and enthusiastic and prompt response to every travel inquiry.

It was perfect!

Pat helped us plan a wonderful trip. She helped us book a Baltic Cruise with Holland America and encouraged us to use Iceland air free stopover program to have a visit to Iceland on our way to Copenhagen for our cruise. We just got back from our trip and it was perfect! Pat was so helpful in finding us accommodations and excursions in Iceland and she was right on top of some air flight changes for us. Pat also took care of all the details for our cruise including helping us get our pre-boarding in place. I had tons of questions about everything from currency and tipping to transfer options to get to and from airports etc and Pat was prompt and accurate with her answers. Our trip was presented to us in a perfectly organized folder by date and with notes on what to do and when. She provided us with emergency phone numbers if anything didn’t go as expected (although with Pat's help it all did). We would highly recommend Pats services to anyone - she is absolutely lovely to deal with!

Complex Family Vacation

We have just returned from a pretty packed and complex family vacation to Europe with my family (2 parents, 2 semi-adult children) and Pat's scheduling and insight was extremely valuable. We visited London, Rome, Annecy and Paris, so it was very busy and timing inter-city/country travels was just excellent where we didn't feel stressed to catch our air or rail arrangements! Bucket List River Cruise Vacation

Thank you Pat for arranging for us an epic, once in a lifetime, bucket list river cruise vacation. The pictures of the places and things that we saw do not do them justice. Your arranging of our 2 taxis made it an especially stress free vacation and were very much appreciated.
