We had an opportunity to travel with Karen on of her group trips this year. From the very start, she was knowledgeable about the bookings, getting us the best deals, keeping us abreast of optional tours and was always in contact with us, through email or the Facebook page that she created. She organized and printed out our airline tickets and everything pertaining to the trip and gave it to us ahead of time. When we had a few problems with our cruise, she was right there to solve or to direct us, to the solution. On our side tours, she was our little mother hen, making sure her brood were all taken care of. Karen is an incredible individual with a love for life, a personality beyond compare, incredibly friendly and I have never seen her without a smile on her face. Her clients are her #1. We are seniors (late 70s) and have taken a break from decades of world travel due to COVID uncertainties.

We wanted a "relaxing" , uncomplicated, cost effective break. Once Karen discussed our desires with us carefully and at length she developed some options and we opted for the Zoetry Resort on Marigot Bay, Saint Lucia. She next spent considerable effort arranging some day trips with us in advance of leaving home so that we had a complete well planned all inclusive 2 week stay.

Zoetry was an excellent choice. Quiet, beautiful setting on a historic Caribbean harbour hosting itinerant vessels from around the world, with excellent meals, outstanding personnel and a comfortable safe environment.

It was a roaring success, one of our best holidays ever. This was because Karen took the time and spoke with us carefully during the planning stage and had a good grasp of our needs/wants and desires.
