Dorena is an amazing travel advisor. She is always going above and beyond to ensure you have the most amazing time and checking off all of your boxes. She has planned several trips for us and its always been fantastic.

Our trip to Peru was last minute and Dorena swooped in and worked her magic. TourCan worked over the weekend and came back with such a well organized tour that didn’t waste a single minute. We had 5 nights and on day 1 upon arrival into Lima we were off again to Machu Picchu. TourCan planned all of our travel and tours so well everything aligned. We also always had a guide with us to help get us to all of our destinations and show us around. I would definitely recommend TourCan and would have no problem using them again. Dorena was also always in constant communication and making sure all of our trips details were to our liking. Her customer service was top notch. Thank you Dorena for Everything.

Dorena was wonderful and amazing to work with. I normally booked our vacations myself, however, this time we were travelling with a toddler and after a very long time. I was very overwhelmed! Dorena made everything easy! She was there whenever we needed her and answered every question we had about anything and everything! She kept in touch with us throughout our journey and made sure to provide all vital Info we needed when our flight got cancelled! We really appreciate all the support she provided us before and during our trip and we will definitely be reaching out to Dorena to book our next trip!

She is very pleasant and helpful person, easy to talk, thanks to her we enjoy our trip.

Every trip we have booked with Dorena has been a wonderful and memorable experience - and our most recent trip to Jamaica was no exception! Due to extenuating circumstances, we did not have much time to plan in advance and had a specific week where the whole family could travel. Dorena was able to give us options right away and we were so happy with her recommendation! The resort was beautiful and the accommodations better than expected. The friendly staff and delicious food at the Riu Palace made our vacation even more enjoyable. Thank you Dorena for another amazing trip. We look forward to the next one!

Dorena has been recommending Cancun for several years and when an option within budget presented itself I reached out to inquire. She recommended a different resort which was also in budget and much cheaper than it had been in the past. I booked without telling anyone in the family trusting Dorena’s recommendation. The family learned of the trip at Christmas and the excitement grew. The resort was great. Food and entertainment delivered a fantastic week in the sun.

Worry free trip. Dorena planned the trip down to the last detail. Her recommendation to book the Diamond Club service at the Royalton Chic resort was the best idea. We were able to use exclusive pool, bar and dining areas at the resort. The resort was amazing, nightly entertainment was fun and having a butler or two was a real treat. Will definitely refer her to friends and family!

This is hard to describe unless you've had a similar experience, however, having had the privilege to visit a truly remote & pristine place like the Galapagos, I can say it's absolutely awe inspiring, life changing and inspiring. Of course, whether any expedition ends up being good, or, even GREAT, depends a lot on the people and planning involved. Having a travel advisor like Dorena resulted in a GREAT booking with HX Expeditions after considering what matters to me and who would best meet that need. Not only did Dorena book this trip with what I'll call a perfect fit Expedition Company, she also made sure pre-trip time in Quito was maximized and enjoyable for me. If you're looking to venture out into the world for an Expedition of your own, I can't recommend Dorena enough. The value of her experience can't be understated ... particularly for trips like Expeditions.

Dorena was instrumental in planning a once in a lifetime exceptional expedition for us. We will definitely be asking her to assist with all of our future vacations.

Once in a lifetime experience. Ammmazing!

Normally, I research and book all my trips. A friend referred me to Dorena and Dorena certainly made my life easy! When the original all-inclusive I researched was full, she found me an equivalent with the criteria of great food, wellness (yoga and spa) and adults only. She delivered! She responds quickly to my questions and provides all pertinent details. She's a wealth of knowledge and makes appropriate recommendations based on my preferences. Just booked a European river cruise with her which was also a great deal! Looks to be the beginning of a beautiful friendship....

We had a fantastic experience working with Dorena to plan our trip to Negril, Jamaica. She was friendly, helpful, and took the time to present several great options that fit within our budget. The resort we chose was a recommendation from Dorena, and it’s something we would have never found on our own. It ended up being a fantastic experience and we had an amazing time there. She also shared helpful tips and tricks for traveling to and from Jamaica, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. We would highly recommend Dorena to anyone planning a vacation!

Dorena Chin was fantastic from the beginning. I literally said to her Fri night, find something where I fly out either tomorrow or on Sunday. She came up with 4 options and by Sat morning, I had decided to go to Iceland. It was a trip of a lifetime! Dorena was well organized and great at following up. She was able to put up a whole tour suggestion and it helped that not only did she give me general travel tips but she knew where to go visit in Iceland. Any minor trip issues, were resolved. Her service was excellent. Thanks, Dorena!

Our family hadn’t taken a vacation together since just before COVID, so this trip meant a lot to us! Dorena quickly found great cruise options with just a few questions and made the whole process feel easy from the start. She shared helpful tips on what to book ahead, what to watch out for, and even helped us choose the perfect room! Everything went smoothly and stress-free. I would absolutely recommend Dorena to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and caring travel agent.

Dorena is a delight to work with! She pays attention to what your likes and dislikes are and is very thorough. She always provides lots of options !!!

She gave us detailed information about each leg of our trip and how to prepare for them.

Dorena is the best agent anyone could hope for. Not only is she responsive and thorough, she is honest. I have been booking with her for several years and she knows my likes and dislikes. When I ask about tour packages she will give me a honest opinion about what she thinks I will like and what she feels is additional costs that I don’t need to pay for. All my vacations have been perfect because of Dorena! I highly recommend her expertise!
