Hi, I am Carolyn Lass and together with my niece Shea Lass,  we would like to show you why partnering with a travel professionals is so very important.

Carolyn is both incredible and passionate about her work. I have referred all my family to her. Carolyn is with me from the start of booking, getting all forms etc and insurance setup done in person and checks in with me throughout any trip I have taken through her. Working with Carolyn was a breeze. Sometimes you need a vacation from booking your vacation... that wasn't the case when we worked with Carolyn. She was knowledgeable, fast to reply, and has years of industry knowledge which came in handy when I was trying to book a trip with over 15 people. She somehow found a way to make every single member of our group happy (which I never thought would be possible - AND they said it was their favourite trip they've ever been on). I can't recommend her enough!

We originally had a trip planned in January to Jamaica, but the flight was cancelled, and Carolyn managed to get us our refund within days. We decided to re-try in May2022, and went to Iberostar Rose Hall, to celebrate my dad's 80th. Not only did she give us alternate dates to get the best pricing, but she also got me in touch with Guest Services, so that I can arrange a cake and balloons for my dad. Overall, we loved the resort. The service was just fantastic, and the food was great. The entertainment staff put everyone in a celebrating and party feeling, and the amenities would fantastic. I've been to Jamaica 5x, but would say Iberostar Rose Hall was my favorite yet. Thanks Carolyn!!!

Cruise Specialis
Carolyn had booked our Disney cruise and suggested we get the cancellation policy. When we cancelled, Carolyn did send us the form to fill out, and we were told we would be getting a 75% credit for a future cruise. Carolyn went back to Disney and explained the situation, and was able to obtain a full 100% credit for a future cruise within one year. We had also purchased a low fare WestJet flight that has a no refund, no cancellation clause. Carolyn suggested we contact the airline and explain our situation. We did that and were given a 100% credit for a future trip within one year. Carolyn has been our travel agent for 15 years and has always taken a personal interest to make sure we have had the most enjoyable vacation, always looking after every detail and resolving any issues that arose, even by a phone call from our destination. We cannot speak highly enough of Carolyn's ability to ensure a trouble free vacation.
