For many of us, travelling is a source of happiness, excitement, relaxation and an opportunity to strike another item off our bucket list. My travels have included trips to over 35 countries across 6 continents, including Antarctica. I specialize in luxury travel with special emphasis on safaris, river, expedition and luxury cruises, exotic island stays such as the Maldives and Seychelles, Rocky Mountaineer rail tours, and package or customized tours. 

My extensive travel experiences and  affiliation with a wide range of brands covering hotels, cruise lines, and bespoke touring companies allows me to share my knowledge and expertise with clients looking for a  travel specialist who believes in providing service throughout the entire travel process.

Family Vacation to Chicago

Thank you so much Ayesha - for a wonderful trip to Chicago ! We really appreciated your quick responses/replies to emails! Thanks for screening our hotel ideas, plus giving a bunch more other choices and of course, sticking to our budget. We know we had a lot of hotel parameters so we were so happy that you gave us so many choices (but not too many) and guided us through them. In the end, the London House was perfect - beautiful boutique hotel, room with a river view in the newer section of the hotel, "suite" room (is that what it's called?) i.e. with the extra room for our toddler to sleep etc. etc. etc. We were also to happy to get the flights that worked well with our little guy's sleep/nap schedule. Thank you!

Banff and Jasper

We would like to thank Ayesha Patel for being the best travel agent. Making the Banff and Jasper trip totally effortless and haste free for us. Thank you for being in constant touch with us the whole trip from day one.
She is an amazing travel advisor, was very clear on taking the requirements from us and providing the details for the trip and booking, even though we had technical glitch and flight cancellations, she was in constant touch and checking on us, made extra efforts to make sure we get another flight and giving alternative suggestions.
Really appreciate the way she was connected with us till we return back home even though she was also on a vacation herself. She also suggested us few eateries and best shopping at Banff. All in all, we would say Ayesha is a go to person for travel plans.

Amalfi and Puglia Trip

Ayesha put together an amazing itinerary for us for Southern Italy for the Fall of 2022. All the details were carefully considered - transfers to hotels and train stations, the amount of time at each location to maximize enjoyment of all the attractions, and great suggestions for private excursions. The private tour of Positano and Amalfi and the hiking of the Path of the Gods was amazing as was the driver/guide! The hotels that Ayesha reserved for us were top notch - with the standouts being the cave hotel in Matera and the spot in Sorrento with the private patio overlooking the Sorrento harbour. One of our most memorable trips thanks to Ayesha and we look forward to her planning our future adventures!

I’m writing this review as a reflection of an amazing trip I made to India. I reached out to travel consultant Ayesha at the Travel Agent Next Door who in turn helped me navigate through my check list of desired activities. Ayesha made various recommendations which resulted in a most memorable trip for me. When I asked her to provide several hotel recommendations for my stay in New Delhi, she presented me with an unusual yet culturally fulfilling experience. I spent four days / three nights at Haveli Dharampura which allowed me to tour about the area and experience the sights, sounds and hustle and bustle of India. In addition, Ayesha helped me coordinate a full day tour of the Taj Mahal in Agra. If you haven’t visited the Taj Mahal, it’s most definitely something you should do! Ayesha helped me refine realistic tour expectations which in the end allowed me to explore “The road not taken” which is what mattered most for me!
