We just got back from an amazing ‘bucket list’ trip to SE Asia. 40 days and nights. 12 different airplanes. 17 different hotels/homestays/glamping. 2 ferries. 5 countries. 6 different islands. Saw orangutan’s and proboscis monkeys (and many other monkey species) in the wild. Played with elephants in a sanctuary. Saw sea turtles make their way to the ocean. Learned about some horrific world history. Saw one of the ‘wonders of the world’. Relaxed on beautiful beaches. Snorkeled over beautiful corals and thousands of fish. Ate the most flavourful food, day after day. Shopped some amazing markets. At each step of the way we had that little voice in our head that perhaps this is when the receptionist or airline attendant would look at us weird and say ‘you don’t have a reservation’. But that never happened. Everything went perfect. Alison put it all together amazingly well. Her experience helped make recommendations and walk us through the our dream trip. With things she wasn’t sure about, she reached out to her wide network of travel agents to get answers. She stayed in contact through the trip. It’s easy to tell that she loves her job. Note that we live in Saskatchewan, so all the arrangements were made by email and text. We would highly recommend Alison for your next adventure.

I found Alison to be very competent and communicative. She knows a lot about a lot! Our flights and trip to Australia and Fiji would have been much more difficult to plan without her help. Thank you Alison!

Alison has been our travel agent for our last several trips. She is conscientious, considerate, thoughtful, is on top of every detail, thinks of and alerts us to all options, and has helpful suggestions to improve the travel experience. Working with her is a delight. I highly recommend Alison. Her services alleviate the stress of traveling bands and enhance the experience.

Alison is amazing! She is very knowledgeable and helpful in her role. Her suggestions are always good. She’s the best travel agent I’ve ever dealt with and I highly recommend her to anyone. My son is doing a trip to Japan and she has been amazing in his planning and we are forever grateful.

Alison assisted in booking a recent mother daughter trip to Greece for me. She was at all times professional and communicated all the necessary details in a timely way. She was a pleasure to work with! She was very responsive and helpful with any and all questions that we had. I would highly recommend her services and have referred her to a number of our friends/family.

I have known Alison for a number of years and I know how passionate she is about travel and knew she would be the perfect person to assist us in completing our very ambitious itinerary. We planned a 6-week European adventure and Alison was there to assist with the last - but very important details - inter-Europe trains and flights, Italy train pass, and booking all of our excursions as well. We had an unfortunate incident in Venice - one of our passports was pick-pocketed. I sent Alison an email cry for help, she called as soon as she woke up that morning, which was about 4:30pm our time - she had already been on the phone with Ottawa and helped us navigate the very devastating experience and walked us through next steps all the way. It happened to be our 20th wedding anniversary and we had a romantic gondola ride booked, she contacted the tour operator and changed the time for us, so we had more time to reach the destination. She was compassionate and stayed very calm and really helped us through that experience - I can't say how much that meant to us to know we had her support and expertise. She was there throughout the whole trip to answer questions, or just sending a note to say how much she was enjoying our photos and travel journal. We highly recommend Alison if you are looking for someone who really cares about assisting you have the best experience possible. It had been many years since we had used a travel agent and we will not hesitate to engage with her for future trips. Thank you Alison, you made our trip of a lifetime more rich and rewarding.

My wife and I hadn't vacationed as a couple since our honeymoon in 1997. Trips had always included the kids. When we decided it was time, I was lucky enough to see Alison Ebbs' name in a facebook feed speaking very highly of her consulting skills, so I reached out. Not knowing what to expect, what we were getting ourselves into, or where to start, Alison took the helm, interviewed us, listened, suggested, and curated a European adventure to our exact needs. The planning, booking, buying, checking, and rechecking of details were all handled by Alison. We left for our trip with nothing but excitement for the adventure ahead, and none of the worry. Alison checked in on us before, during, and after the trip on many occasions, just to make sure all was going as expected. We couldn't have had it any better. Without a doubt, Alison will be a part of our next adventure. The peace of mind, the expertise, and the care Alison provided was so amazing. Thank you Alison.

I had started planning a vacation to BC, I knew I wanted the experience to be special for me and my son, but I wasn’t sure where to start. That’s where my incredible travel consultant Alison came in. She listened carefully to what I was hoping for and crafted a beautifully balanced itinerary that combined relaxation, adventure, and meaningful experiences. From guiding us to uncovering hidden gems to recommending certain excursions, she thought of everything. Her attention to detail, local knowledge, and genuine passion for travel made all the difference. Thanks to her, my trip was seamless, memorable, and filled with moments I would have never found on my own. I can honestly say this was one of the best travel experiences of my life—and it simply wouldn’t have been possible without her expert guidance. I’m beyond grateful and will absolutely be turning to her again for future adventures.

Alison was great in making the arrangements and available to answer any questions about the travel.

Alison curated an incredible two-week stay through Morocco and Rome for my partner and I (11 days in Morocco, 2 days in Rome). She managed our group tour in Morocco, transportation to and from airports, accommodations, our variety of flights (including check-ins and boarding passes), and all of the central tasks before, during, and after travel. This was our first time travelling together and Alison's insight, organization, and budget awareness certainly made it one for the books! She was able to reserve a last minute Vatican City tour for our time spent in Rome and help my partner avoid any travel snares by navigating passport renewal way ahead of time. She provided a smooth and comfortable visit from start to finish, I can't imagine this trip without her expert guidance. I would truly recommend Alison's personalized travel consultation for everyone, and we'll be returning to her for our future trips.

Working with Alison was a fantastic experience from start to finish! She was super accessible and provided great support both in the lead-up to our trip and while we were travelling. Her attention to detail made everything run smoothly, and we felt really well taken care of throughout the entire process. We've worked with other travel agents before, but Alison stood out for her transparency and her genuine dedication to making sure we had the best trip possible. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a stress-free and well-organized travel experience.

Alison's excellent service and great communications made our family's trip to Japan a great experience. We were very glad to have have her on the ground for the trip and able to help along the way. Thanks!

First time using a travel agent! We wanted help to organize a 28-day trip to South and East Africa and England. Alison was creative with booking flights and recommended G Adventures for our Safari and Zanzibar leg. We were more than impressed by Alison’s professionalism, access, and expertise. We can’t say enough good things about her. We will def use her services on our next big trip! Highly recommend!

A special thank you to Alison for her personalized travel service. She goes above and beyond any agent I have ever worked with. From downloading boarding passes from afar, to checking in to make sure your flights, hotel, and travel experience has been wonderful is like no other. She is top notch and the only agent I work with. Thank you for everything you do by making our destinations no matter where we go, so enjoyable and memorable.

I can’t imagine travelling without Alison’s guidance. She was endlessly patient while my family and I dithered over dates and excursions. Her knowledge of our destination not only helped us maximise our time away, but also saved us from booking a tour that would have been unsuitable for our group. She communicated frequently and clearly with updates for prices and availability. Even though Alison was thousands of kilometres away, I still felt looked after while I was on my trip, knowing that she had the experience, knowledge, and connections to help us out if needed. Now I won’t go anywhere without her.

Everything was fantastic and her help was amazing. It was my first time using a travel agent and we’ll definitely use you again in the future!

Had an amazing trip and Alison made everything easy. Thank you!

Alison was very helpful with booking our stays and recommending a tour for us that suited our wants. She was responsive and organized along the way. Thanks Alison!

Alison is amazing! She helped us plan a rather last minute trip for six of us - departing all across Canada to Scotland. She was so on top of everything. She gave suggestions, booked our excursions and flight/rail travel as well as gave us advice on several other things. When our bags did not make it with us on the trip, she followed up and made sure they were on the road to where we were. Alison was super SUPER helpful and I would HIGHLY recommend her for any travel!

Having Alison as our travel consultant took all those little stresses of flight/hotel bookings, last minute flight changes, check-ins, rail travel and activity bookings away. She has many wonderful ideas of things to see and do but is also very open to any ideas you have of your own (anyone else have micromanagers in the family?!) She genuinely gets excited about your trip with you. It was so nice to know she was there if anything went awry and was just an email away. Always quick to respond. We had an amazing 4 weeks on trains, planes & our own feet with our 2 teenage girls. Thank you Alison for making our European Vacation a dream come true!

Next up in our round of thank you's to the wonderful groups and people who helped make our Gynaestrada experience awesome, our incredible travel agent Alison Ebbs!! She is quite possibly super human! From helping us figure out how to get our big bags of equipment to Amsterdam safely AND on time! (a huge feat given how often bags can get lost), to giving us the best recommendations for things to see and do. Alison managed to keep our whole team organized and in the right place with all our bags with a smile and the most lovely disposition. Our whole team keeps talking about how great she is! If you are thinking of planning a trip, do yourself a favour and get in touch with Alison! Thank you Alison!!

Thank you, Alison for your help with our flights to Europe this summer. We appreciated your care in updating us about flight delays and last minute changes, providing boarding passes and even a phone call to ensure we made it to a rescheduled flight in Rome. We will recommend you for future travels!

Alison has taken my family around the world and back with white glove service. SHE IS AMAZING!! She navigated us through everything from Covid lockdowns, last min updates and legal changes to a damaged suitcase. We all felt an overwhelming sense of support with Alison's guidance and attention to detail. With her at our side, we could relax and enjoy the smooth ride. SO grateful. Argentina, Switzerland, New York, Atlanta, New Orleans, Scotland, Ireland, Halifax, Toronto, Calgary, Edmonton and the list goes on. Thank you Alison. xoxo

Outstanding service throughout - from planning, to booking, to follow-up during the trip. Alison was always willing and able to find solutions to any issues that came up. Highly recommend!

Big shout out to my travel agent next door Alison Ebbs!!! Alison’s attention to details and working with my demands, last minute changes, and the overall experience was positive. My personal thoughts as most of us do the online book-yourself-thing nowadays, you may look for hours - if not days - looking for what works for you. I contacted Alison, we discussed what I was looking for (dates, one stop, short layover, just get me there and back quick) and Alison was able to find me a flight plan that worked for me. Plus, this plan I was never able to find online. My trip was to my trip was to Medellin, Columbia, and I would highly recommend Medellin it is beautiful.

Many thanks, Alison. We had a wonderful trip to NL to visit family and be a tourist. Your booking of our flights and the car made it all so easy. Traveling has changed so much and with your knowledge getting us there and back without having to do all the booking ourselves made the trip go so smoothly. Again, thank you for your job well done.

Me and my wife recently had the pleasure of planning my dream vacation with Alison to Switzerland and Rome, and I am beyond thrilled with the outstanding service and expertise provided. From start to finish, the entire experience was flawless, and I cannot recommend her highly enough.

I am a senior and needed assistance with my booking papers and Alison took care of all my paperwork and explained every detail to me so my departure went very smoothly. On my return trip, the day I was to return, Westjet was going on strike to they cancelled all their flights. Instead of the usual 2 1/2 hr flight return to Vancouver, Westjet offered me a 3-day flight to Vancouver instead. I was to stay another night in Vegas, fly to Edmonton around midnight, get a hotel, then next morning fly to Vancouver. Ally advised me to hold off accepting this offer and she worked her magic. Few hours later she had me on flight to Vancouver same day only at 8:30 pm. What a relief and she couldn’t have been more helpful. All papers & Boarding pass etc. completed. Highly, highly recommend Alison.

Alison assisted us with our trip to Thailand. Her assistance was amazing, with fantastic attention to detail. We had a wonderful trip! I would highly recommend!

A big shoutout to Alison for her work in planning the perfect vacay for my daughter and I to Vegas. She found the best rates for flights/hotel, provided detailed info on what things kids 'love' in Vegas, ensured we were checked in and out with ease with their new app check-ins and SO much more. Two days before we were coming back, I received a text to ensure my Arrivecan app was done too! Stellar service ++ I highly recommend!

Alison was a great help to us in organizing trips to Ireland, Italy and Greece. Highly recommended!

Alison has gone above and beyond every time we have used her. So many times I have been very glad I listened to her advice, guidance and suggestions. Totally recommend this lady.

So grateful to have Alison coordinating our wedding trip to Mexico. She organized 17 people and a wedding ceremony including a last minute cancellation and we didn’t have to worry about a thing! She was 100% available by text, phone, and email when we had a couple of hiccups at the resort. I honestly can’t imagine the stress we would have had trying to manage this trip in our own!! Thank you Alison! I will be highly recommending you to anyone looking for a relaxing travel experience!

Alison and her team are beyond amazing. I am writing this early morning in our quaint hotel in the middle of Paris! The detail that Alison has put into our trip planning is phenomenal. How can I make this rating a 9.99999 out of five!!

Ally is an absolute dream to work with. She makes travelling in a complicated world easy: everything from how to navigate regulatory rules and red tape, to the sights that shouldn’t be missed. Her recommendations and general expertise were an invaluable component of our six week trip.

My husband and I just returned to Newfoundland from Cancun. Alison found us the very best flights, with the best connections. She was diligent in sending us a list of things to expect and have done. She checked in with us and we appreciated that so much. Her suggestion of the eSIM Airalo saved us $$ and allowed us to use our maps worry free. We will definitely be booking with Alison again.
