My introduction to river cruising completely changed the way I think about travel. I've had the pleasure of experiencing Europe's holiday markets on two separate cruises, from Frankfurt to Prague and from Strasbourg to Luxembourg. The festive lights, beautifully decorated town squares, handcrafted gifts, seasonal treats, and warming mugs of mulled wine create a magical atmosphere unlike anything else I've experienced.
