We have the pleasure of working with Kay on several cruises and one great adventure in London. For the purpose of this review, I will reference our London trip. Kay helped us plan a very detailed visit to the London area, to include all our desired sites to see. She arranged an expert tour guide to assist with our visit and also arranged our air travel and accommodations. The trip was without exception a top notch vacation that we will never forget. Every small detail was carefully arranged by Kay, making our entire trip carefree and memorable. We highly recommend her expert assistance! Plus, she is super nice to work with!

Kay has extensive experience in travel domestically and internationally and walks you through the "do's and don'ts" of travelling abroad. She was especially helpful when we wanted to plan an Italy excursion outside of Rome during our trip in October of 2023. She provided the transportation, lodging and car service to get back to the port of Rome. She was extremely detail-oriented and touched base with us often to make sure we were enjoying ourselves.

We have had a fabulous experience working with Kay Sandford. We had a lengthy trip planned in 2020 which was cancelled due to COVID and personal health issues. Kay helped us every step with the details of planning the trip to handling our refund. We are not experienced travelers. Kay has guided us through all the little details to give us the best opportunity to have a perfect trip from the size of the ship, the destinations that will fit our preferences, to whether we want a bathtub or a shower in our room. Things we would not even know to consider! She is always available for my questions about insurance or a hotel reservation for the night before the package begins.
