Cruising is a fabulous way to visit multiple destinations in one trip without having to mess with extensive travel arrangements. Secure a passport, allow me to book your cruise, and show up at the port when it's time to set sail! It really is an easy, breezy way to experience the world.
However, if you really want a top notch experience, I highly recommend sailing with luxury cruise lines. Luxury cruise lines may come with a higher price tag, but for good reason. First of all, they are all-inclusive, meaning the gratuities, alcohol, shore excursions and more are built into the total cost. This is nice because you know precisely what you are spending from the start and can plan accordingly. Additionally, luxury vessels are smaller and carry less passengers. This ensures that each and every guest receives VIP treatment. There is more staff and space per passenger than average cruising. The service you receive is superior and the accommodations are immaculate.
Some of the luxury cruise lines that I suggest, based on personal experience, are Tauck Small Ships, Seabourn, Viking Ocean, Silversea Cruises, and Regent Seven Seas Cruises. I have sold many Regent cruises to Alaska - it's a fabulous way to see and experience all that Alaska has to offer! I have also booked luxury cruises to Canada/New England, South America, Europe, the Caribbean, and more.
There is nary a complaint from my customers who sail with luxury cruise lines. It is an experience like no other. I'm happy to answer any questions you might have or share from my personal cruising experiences if you are interested.

Kay is so easy to work with. She was efficient in getting a cruise for 12 of us scheduled. Because of a hospitalization and rehab, two weeks prior to the cruise, my husband and I were unable to go. I contacted Kay who shared the process and got our cruise canceled. Her guidance through the process of canceling and filing insurance was extremely helpful. We first met Kay on a trip to Africa that she hosted. Everything went so smoothly and any hick-ups that happened were taken care of effortlessly by Kay. The itinerary she planned was amazing. We traveled to 5 countries and the tours and accommodations she arranged were great.

My only complaint is that sometimes she doesn’t get back to me and I have to contact her again. She is now independent so I worry she cant get as good a deal as I got when she was with a big company.

My Favorite Travel Consultant

An Amazing Italian Trip

Kay has extensive experience in travel domestically and internationally and walks you through the "do's and don'ts" of travelling abroad. She was especially helpful when we wanted to plan an Italy excursion outside of Rome during our trip in October of 2023. More than a travel agent

Kay has always been so helpful in planning our trips but even more that that she is someone who goes beyond what you would expect should there ever be a problem. She has helped us get discounts for a cruise and a refund on airline tickets that the ticketing agency was not inclined to provide. The trips that she organizes herself and acts as tour guide are fantastic. One we took to Africa with Kay was absolutely one of our favorite trips. Everything was organized to the tee. The experience of seeing the Big 5 (Lion, Leopard, Cape Buffalo, Elephant, Rhino) was something we'll never forget. Maybe even better than that though were the cultural experiences of visiting villages in Botswana and Namibia. We could not have imagined a better trip.

Route 66 trip on Trafalgar

Alaska - Our Goal Destination On the Horizon!

We have had a fabulous experience working with Kay Sandford. We had a lengthy trip planned in 2020 which was cancelled due to COVID and personal health issues. Kay helped us every step with the details of planning the trip to handling our refund. We are not experienced travelers. Kay has guided us through all the little details to give us the best opportunity to have a perfect trip from the size of the ship, the destinations that will fit our preferences, to whether we want a bathtub or a shower in our room. Things we would not even know to consider! She is always available for my questions about insurance or a hotel reservation for the night before the package begins. While she was traveling herself, she had a very knowledgeable assistant available who took phone calls and answered emails! We can not imagine how any agent could do more for their clients.

She was especially helpful when we wanted to plan an Italy excursion outside of Rome during our trip in October of 2023.
