We have used Bryan & Melisa at Picture Perfect Adventures twice - arranging an American river cruise (& associated air flights) and setting up a multi-family trip to Disney World. We are extremely pleased with the results. They were very easy to work with, knowledgable, responsive, proactive. We messed up part of one of our responsibilities and they walked us through the steps we needed to take to fix the issue. Okay, so we've done Disney before. We've even booked our own trip to Disney. This time, we wanted to just, chill. We contacted Bryan & Melisa on a whim thinking what the heck. We rated Bryan a 5, but he really is a 10! Bryan is the best travel agent we have ever worked with. He is professional, cares about his clients and meeting their likes and needs. We wouldn't want to plan a trip without the expertise of Bryan, especially for our Disney trips.
