Lauren is absolutely fantastic! She takes care of all the little details so that everything goes smoothly once we arrive. She has helped us book large group trips including extended families on a number of occasions. Even with multiple families arriving from several cities around the country, she makes sure everyone is taken care of with the plans and accommodations they need!

Lauren was amazing in helping make every detail of our trip perfect. She is very knowledgeable on all of the Disney properties, restaurants and experiences. Lauren was very prompt in responding to any questions we had. We were able to get literally every Disney reservation we wanted because of Lauren’s help. I would highly recommend her and would absolutely use her again in a future trip!

Lauren is not only knowledgeable she is very detailed oriented and incredibly kind. Lauren helped us plan a week long stay in Disneyworld with our 2 boys (ages 5/8). We had no idea where to start with the planning and she helped us every step of the way. Lauren has helped me plan 4 trips to Disney World with my family. She is incredibly knowledgeable about everything Disney! She really takes the time to get to know your specific situation (purpose of the trip, who is going, price range, goals, etc.). When we were new to Disney, Lauren really explained a lot about what she found helpful traveling with her family. She told us how she plans out her days at the park and what works for her family. It was great having an idea about what to do or where to start. Each of our trips has been very different, each time staying in a new resort.
