Allison was very helpful and knowledgable! This was our first cruise and she made sure we were in a comfortable cabin in the right part of the ship. Every transfer to and from airports and hotels went so smooth. Everything was perfect!

I reached out to a travel agency for assistance in booking travel accommodations for a conference in Las Vegas I was going to attend. Allison quickly responded and after a few emails back and forth, arrangements for the trip were completed. She answered questions promptly and kept me notified of any changes to the itinerary. We had no travel issues and our trip was great! Allison's knowledge and professionalism was greatly appreciated being someone who does not travel much.

Allison recommended trip ins. When flights out if Dargo she quickly reimbursed mpls Hotels, food, gas ….. everything the next week as we decided to drive to mpls to catch up with our plane.

She ran into an anomoly when booking our flights and sent a detailed text to provide details. I didnt have to ask- she just did it When we encountered a storm and possible airport delays we reached out and she talked to us on a weekend. Thats caring and good service

Upon returning, she fought for us with the travel insurance company to recover the lost money for expenses.
