I am writing to share my appreciation for the exceptional assistance Ms. Geisha Cumberbatch, my travel advisor, provided during my unforgettable trip to Tahiti aboard the wonderful Paul Gauguin Cruise. Hers responsiveness and helpfulness were beyond measure. While in Tahiti, I contacted her regarding a post-return airport travel issue, and she resolved it promptly, despite being in another time zone Geisha made the booking process exceptionally easy and clear, ensuring I understood every step. Having traveled extensively and worked with several travel experts over the years, I can confidently say Geisha is among the best. Her organization and attention to detail are outstanding. Before my trip, she ensured all arrangements, including air and hotel reservations, were completed ahead of schedule. During my travels, I knew she was always available if I needed assistance. Afterward, she followed up to ensure everything was resolved. Geisha truly goes above and beyond. She is the best!

Thank you, Geisha, for providing one-stop travel planning for my wife Robyn and me for our 26-day West African cruise in May 2025. You kept us informed about the cruise itinerary, cruise line, airline reservations, airport-to-port transfers, shore excursions, and important dates. We appreciated your telephone and Zoom meetings with us, as well as my brother Jerry and his wife Jackie, to answer questions and address any concerns. The journey was enlightening and memorable, and with fewer than 700 passengers, we enjoyed an intimate experience with fellow travelers and the crew. We also appreciated being able to stay in contact with you via WhatsApp throughout the cruise. Everything was seamlessly coordinated without any problems or concerns. Thank you for your expertise, guidance, support, and tenacity in making this a priceless, once-in-a-lifetime experience. We look forward to planning future travels with you. Robert N.,

La Rosa Negra Travel by Dreamvacations setup and coordinated a 26 day luxury cruise, along the West Coast of Africa, with my wife, brother, and sister-in-law, that was nothing short of amazing. It was dream come true and I am thankful and appreciative of the diligence, dedication, grace, and caring nature displayed by our agent, Geisha Cumberbatch. Looking forward to future opportunities to work with this company. Sincerely, Jerry N.,

Geisha provided excellent information on our Mediterranean cruise. We booked in advanced. She monitored and informed us at each step of the process from booking to boarding. She also addressed any questions we had about traveling to Europe. She went way beyond proving support compared to all other travel agents. Gary J.

Working with Geisha to plan our trip was seamless and efficient. She was extremely responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. In addition to coordinating our travel arrangements, she conducted additional research for our trip to Barcelona and provided recommendations for places to visit, tours, and transportation. Geisha was highly organized and made sure every detail was handled in a timely manner. Her communication was outstanding—from live meetings and email follow-ups to helpful reminders that kept us informed and prepared every step of the way. What truly stood out was the level of support she provided before, during, and after our trip. She made sure everything was in place and was always available when we had questions. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and personalized service made the entire travel experience easy and enjoyable. I would highly recommend Geisha to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and attentive Travel Advisor.

Attentive. Detail-oriented. Responsive. You will find Geisha at La Rosa Negra Travel to possess ALL of these traits and much more. I was planning a group trip to Ghana, and gave Geisha information on the experience that we were looking to have. She worked with her vendors in Ghana to come up with an itinerary that gave us the exact historical and cultural experience that we wanted. I am so thankful that I entrusted Geisha with our travel planning, because she definitely took away all the stress and anxiety of international travel for our first trip to The Motherland. I highly recommend her services and will definitely use her again! Renee D

Geisha, travel agent at Dream Vacations did a fabulous job organizing and planning the ultimate vacation stay in Istanbul. The cruise left from Istanbul and proceeded to Italy and Greece! She meticulously planned a 3 day pre-cruise stay in Istanbul. She communicates well in fact she over communicates. She is precise and gives attention to every detail. Annette VD,

One of the most beautiful trips/cruise that I experienced. The sites along the river from the cruise ship were absolutely fantastic. The lights at night on the bridges and the building were explicit. One could not express to you how wonderful and magnificent the views from the river and the walking tours were, words could describe how enchanting and the adventure experience was breath taking. I can hardly wait to plan and experience my next river cruise. Linda, S.

My trip to Dubai was worthwhile and thrilling. I met many new people with whom I interacted. There were opportunities to share and fellowship. I made new friendships and enjoyed excursions to fantastic buildings, the mosque, marinas, and the Souk. I experienced new adventures that I have shared with others. Our travel advisor, Geisha Cumberbatch, appeared on every excursion and looked out for our safety. I can truly say I highly recommend the Dubai trip and Geisha as travel advisor. Beverly W-S
