Debbie has been our family Travel Agent for years. She is great at organizing and passionate about what she does and loves. Our European trip to Holland/Germany and Italy was amazing in 2019 except that Venice was pouring rain and flooded. (not her fault!) She has also, booked us to Mexico a few times to Puerto Vallarta and Bucerias area. One time our rooms weren’t acceptable and she was able to request a change without us going thru a hassle. She is fabulous and would definitely recommend anyone wanting to book a holiday to contact her. She is always willing and available to help with anything.

Debbie was amazing to deal with. She provided me with lots of options. Debbie also was great with communication throughout my booking. She was able to find me a trip to join my auntie’s trip. Last minute too. From my flights to my resorts.

Or travel plans turned into a bit of a rollercoaster ride but that was our fault. Debbie stuck it out with us and did everything she could to get our trip together. I think Debbie went the extra mile for us and more.

Group trip to Punta Cana

When five of us seniors requested an affordable vacation, Debbie went straight to work. She immediately found us an amazing beachfront, age appropriate all inclusive resort that was within our budget. She was very thorough in making sure we had all the reservation documentation - plane, resort, transportation to and from the resort. We were relaxed in knowing that everything was taken care of for us. A few days before our departure, the cartel situation in Puerto Vallarta erupted and we had to cancel.
Debbie was on the phone for hours working out the details to secure our cancellation and a 100% refund. Within a couple of days she had us all set up again with another fantastic opportunity, which we have just returned from. Everything went perfectly and we are already looking forward to booking our next vacation with Debbie!!

It was excellent, but too big for me! They had carts to ride on, but I prefer walking! Debbie’s follow up was excellent and I would recommend her to everyone! They switched our hotel from Grand Riviera to the Grand Sunset without notice, they didn’t ever tell the Nexus driver! BAD! Also,West Jet charges you your what I though was total price for everything
package price, then low and behold they want more money after more money! Not good!

Debbie was excellent in the planning of our vacation. Right from the start of picking the resort, booking all the necessary reservations and giving advice.
When the cartel caused problems while we were in PV she helped us work through the issues, going above and beyond what would be termed regular / normal duties of a Travel Agent.
I would recommend her to anyone planning a vacation!

The Best of Italy

I flew from Portugal to Italy for the trip of a lifetime! The flights, the tour from Pisa through the Amalfi coast were nothing short of Spectacular. When a co-traveler decided to cancel my birthday tour to the island of Capri last minute, I was able to connect with Debbie from across the miles who saved the day organizing another tour. So grateful! as this was the best birthday of my life! Highly recommend this energetic, talented lady who loves travel as much as I do.

Buceriaus never disapoints!

We stayed at the Royal Decameron , nestled in on the edge of the quaint little town of Buceriaus with so much to do.
Our travel Agent Debbie made it seamless for us to book and was there for us if we needed any help or had any questions!
She set us up with a wonderful night with Dinner and top notch entertainment called the "Rhythm of the nights" a must do!!

I have used the profession services of Global Getaways for several years and Debbie has been an amazing travel agent. She is knowledgable and has travelled extensively, domestically and internationally. Debbie is enthusiastic, thorough, patient and goes out of her way to make things special (eg. arrangement to see Andrea Bocelli in his hometown of Lijatico, Italy) solving issues (e.g. arranging for a room change at a Mexican resort when only one bed was provided for me and my teenage son), dealing with crisis situation (e.g. flight out of China was cancelled and I would have missed a connecting flight from Hong Kong to Bangkok, Thailand). I highly recommend Debbie to take care of all travel needs including flights, accommodation and activities!
