Ally was fantastic. It was our first trip to Europe together so we were a bit anxious. Between the app being so helpful & Ally always getting back to me quickly we were able to relax & have fun. She held our hand through a cancelled flight and was a delight to work with. It’s rare that you find someone that is so passionate and good at their job. I won’t go anywhere without her.

Jaqueline Mahan was superb with every detail asw e were first-time cruisers. It is quite a process, and we received timely reminders for all the things, which made a big difference in things like our dining reservations - all the way through to port valet, which freed us up on the homebound-side of things to really make the most of our last day. A great surprise was the travel app! Especially with the time changes and the various ports, even including the weather, everything was right there. A week before we left we had a quick “family meeting” with her just to run through everything, which made that week really fun and stressless. Just all-around amazing!
