We had an incredible vacation and would absolutely return. The resort is very clean, physically large, and spread out, yet still easy to get around—most places were closer to walk than to use the helpful golf cart system. The staff were consistently kind, polite, and helpful, which made a big difference throughout our stay. There was lots for kids to do, with the arcade being a major highlight, and the evening theatre shows were entertaining, even if not mind-blowing. The food across the resort was generally high level, especially at the steakhouse, Japanese, and Lebanese restaurants, though one restaurant stood out for poor service and mediocre food. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and we loved thoughtful touches like special pillow options, pool bags for room use, and birthday treats (even if champagne was a bit much for a 7-year-old!). The bracelet-style room key was convenient, though it occasionally stopped working, which was frustrating. The spa experience was excellent—especially the massage—though clearer communication ahead of time about spa access would have encouraged more use. Golf and the variety of included amenities added to the overall value. The dolphin excursion was unique and memorable, though it would have been helpful to know in advance that the experience involved guided poses rather than swimming, and that photos came at an added cost. A few downsides included a very loud lobby, a slow and difficult-to-use app, and the occasional bracelet key issues. Despite these minor inconveniences, the resort delivered a fantastic, well-rounded experience. Thank you again for a truly memorable vacation!
