Luxury Disney, Universal, and Cruise Vacations

Joy was excellent to work with during the planning of our vacation. She was available throughout our vacation to answer questions and make our vacation memorable.

Joy assisted us with planning and optimizing our time while we were at Disney World. Having not been to Disney in two decades, it was so helpful to have someone who could walk us through the ticket purchasing process and ways for us to get the most out of our vacation.

Joy was a pleasure to work with and we would highly recommend her to others for their travel needs. She was very fast to respond to our emails and so helpful with the questions we had. She’s a Disney expert! We had the best family trip on the Disney cruise and are thankful for Joy’s help!

Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay at PH! Our highlight was the FABULOUS swim-out suits that Joy secured. We stayed in rooms 22-109 & 21-105. Both rooms are spacious. 21-105 is EXTRA spacious! We loved our swim out suite. 22-109 overlooks the main property but is very private. 21-105 overlooks the Star Class pool & the beautiful ocean beyond. We highly recommend Star Class! We used AmStar for our hotel transfers and it was very easy with good communication. The beach is gorgeous: soft sand, no rocks, clear turquoise water & is cleared of any seaweed a few times per day. The lazy River is clean & relaxing! The Flo Rider was fun! Staff ran it meticulously! The Aqua Therapy circuit was fabulous-definitely try! There are pickleball, basketball & tennis courts on top of the gym. The buffet is ABOVE average for an all-inclusive: crepe & omelet stations for breakfast, surprisingly delicious lobster & salmon station for dinner. Joy did a great job planning our trip. We only had one hiccup with our shuttle back to the airport (scheduled on the wrong day), but I was able to call and change the day very easily. I wish she could have planned our air travel also, I have liked that when Stacy Calhoun (the agent we have worked with) did that for us. I would definitely use Joy again to plan travel!

Joy is a pleasure to work with! We've booked multiple vacations through her and each has been a seamless process with great communication and customer service. It's not always easy to help plan for a family of six but Joy handles it all with grace and cheer.

Joy was a pleasure to work with and made travel very easy! The Iberostar Grand Bavaro, Adult only resort was all inclusive and a new experience for us. It was so much fun to have unlimited food and drinks! We just relaxed and enjoyed all the amenities on the property and didn't even need to go on any excursions although they were offered. The Michael Jackson show was great in the theatre!

I've used Joy twice now to plan vacations (and we're working on a third!). Not only does she have the knowledge (including themed trips like Disney and Universal/Harry Potter) and does all the work for you, but she listens to what you want for your trip and works with you to get you just what you're looking for. The first proposal on my second vacation by Joy wasn't quite hitting the mark, so I gave her some feedback, she went and tweaked some things, and ultimately delivered the vacation package I wanted, at a price within my budget. Joy was recommended to me, and I continue to recommend her to others!
